I have long been a fan of Anker products, and I own many chargers, batteries and even their Eufy Robovac. Recently I acquired a new eBike, and since I am taking longer trips than I ever have before, I bought this portable charger because I needed a reliable power source for my phone and portable speaker while out and about. The charger has a sleek design - albeit a little heavy, a fast charging speed, and a long battery life. It can charge my phone, tablet, and laptop without any issues. The weight, while some may see as a negative, is more than made up for in the capacity this thing has. If you want capacity, you will have to sacrifice a little comfort and space. The device itself is almost all battery though, so the size is quite respectable given the output. With that said, after a few months of use, I noticed that one of the USB-C ports became loose and started to cause connection problems. Sometimes the charger would stop charging my device if I moved the wire slightly. I was very disappointed because I really liked this product, and I was just outside of the Amazon return period for it. I decided to contact Anker directly through email and explain the situation. They responded quickly and asked me to send them a video of the device showing the issue. I did that and they confirmed that it was a defective unit. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to send me a brand-new device within a couple of days. They also told me to keep the original device as a convenience to me. I am very impressed by their customer service and how they handled the situation. They were courteous, professional, and generous. The new device arrived quickly, and it works perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase, and I would recommend Anker products to anyone who needs a portable charger (or really anything in their product line!). They are a great company that stands behind their products and cares about their customers.

I love this product, it got my phone and laptop charged at the same time while on the road. The only thing to keep in mind about this product is that it's heavy, it's like a brick. It takes a while to charge up for it to be used. I have other anker products, and will be buying more anker products.

I've been using this for a couple weeks now. The power capacity is amazing and will change all of my devices multiple times. My job requires me to be away from an outlet for about 10 hours every day with plenty of sitting around. I will bring my laptop or steam deck and it will easily charge these multiple times. The one major downside to it, the charge speed is not the greatest. If you use it for a mobile gaming system such as the Nintendo switch or the Steam Deck, it may slowly drain if you are playing and charging at the same time. A couple minor annoyances, it is a MASSIVE fingerprint magnet. it is also quite large. I will not fit into your average pocket and its decently heavy. Also, if you plan on using it primarily to travel don't buy this. I can guarantee you it will be taken if you try to board a plane with it. Overall, it is a great product by a reliable brand with only a few minor issues. The charge will last the average person about a week.

I bought this 40,000mAh battery from Anker three months ago, and unfortunately, it has already failed. I have been a loyal buyer of Anker products due to their reputation for quality, but this experience has been disappointing. I have attempted to contact the brand to request a warranty and get a solution, but I have not received any response. I expected better customer service from such a well-known brand. So far, I cannot recommend this product or the brand due to the lack of attention and problem resolution. If this issue is resolved, I will consider updating my review, but for now, I am very dissatisfied with this purchase.

I bought this to use while backpacking. Starting off it was great aside from being heavy. Charged my phone really fast. Lasted 9 weeks and even though it had 3 lights indicating enough power for a few more charges, it stopped working. Can’t charge the bank and the bank won’t charge anything. I’ve checked the cable and the outlet and performed all the things they say try. Overall it wasn’t expensive so I’m not totally heartbroken. But it did quit on me in the woods.
