This is great if you’re going to need a lot of battery life to charge devices. It does what it says and I can charge my iPhone throughout the week before recharging. It also has a low power charge function for AirPods and smaller devices. It is pretty heavy but in a backpack or sling, you won’t notice it. This is my daily battery pack for work, travel or when I know I’ll be away from an electrical outlet. Great for airports and vacations. I’ve been on long flights when the usb outlets didn’t work, no problem! It charged my iPad and our phones either way ease. The charge time for the pack is very long unless you get higher capacity plug, I use my MacBook plug and it charges fast. Just remember, it is heavier than the low capacity packs but I like the comfort of knowing it will charge all my devices with ease of if I ever need it to.

I have long been a fan of Anker products, and I own many chargers, batteries and even their Eufy Robovac. Recently I acquired a new eBike, and since I am taking longer trips than I ever have before, I bought this portable charger because I needed a reliable power source for my phone and portable speaker while out and about. The charger has a sleek design - albeit a little heavy, a fast charging speed, and a long battery life. It can charge my phone, tablet, and laptop without any issues. The weight, while some may see as a negative, is more than made up for in the capacity this thing has. If you want capacity, you will have to sacrifice a little comfort and space. The device itself is almost all battery though, so the size is quite respectable given the output. With that said, after a few months of use, I noticed that one of the USB-C ports became loose and started to cause connection problems. Sometimes the charger would stop charging my device if I moved the wire slightly. I was very disappointed because I really liked this product, and I was just outside of the Amazon return period for it. I decided to contact Anker directly through email and explain the situation. They responded quickly and asked me to send them a video of the device showing the issue. I did that and they confirmed that it was a defective unit. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to send me a brand-new device within a couple of days. They also told me to keep the original device as a convenience to me. I am very impressed by their customer service and how they handled the situation. They were courteous, professional, and generous. The new device arrived quickly, and it works perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase, and I would recommend Anker products to anyone who needs a portable charger (or really anything in their product line!). They are a great company that stands behind their products and cares about their customers.

What can I say? Reliable. Power-full. Perfect for my mobile workstation backpack. I don't use it often, but when I need it on the odd occasion it's always ready to get me through my lack-of-an-outlet day working remotely. Powerful enough to charge my MacBook Pro can charge on this bank for multiple hours. Does it charge the MacBook Pro fast? No, but I never expected it to. Does it charge the MacBook enough to keep it running while using basic productivity software, Chrome, streaming music, and other light work? Absolutely. This portable charger is quite heavy and large, but that's exactly what I was looking for! It's heavy because it keeps things powered when I need it. I'm not taking this hiking in the backwoods! I'm carrying it for ten minutes in my commuter backpack whilst searching for a table to work from in a busy shopping mall. I will note that it does get warm when charging larger devices like a MacBook Pro or an iPad Pro, but easily managed by ensuring it's out of the backpack and ventilated on a table. I would absolutely recommend this to someone looking for a lot of power that is reasonable portable.

Season Greetings AMZ Community! Will here to let you know this product is a great purchase! However, as many of you have seen, done, and stated in the reviews, a drop or mishandle may end the life, or disrupt the internal workings of the product. I myself right now have the same product, with the same issue, but it's not fully not working. I had dropped it slightly, with little to no marks, and one of my fast Type-C Chargers has gone awry. It will work if really pushed in, but it's definitely become loose and sometimes during my driving it will dislodge enough to not charge what I need/want charged. Now, for the folks, who may be experience NO power bank recharging, I need you to know that it will need at least (for me) a 30w MINIMUM power source to juice it up within just the time you are sleeping to being awake. Which is maybe 3-4hrs or less. You also need to make sure the cable that you have is a fast charging capable cable too, (Or can support a 30w or higher current) This is to make sure the product is charging and not just idling (blinking but not charging, or charging only enough to get to 1-3 rings out of the I think 8-9). Overall, I would 100% recommend this product, as it's an ANKER product I stand by, and it's their ONLY product (not even listed in their shop anymore) to carry 40k (40,000mahs) which is double and or 4x more than most 10-20k mah chargers for the SAME price. So capacity wise, well done, design, yes, fragile warning, would be nice to know, but something I would like ANKER to remake and sturdy up on. TLDR: 1. BE CAREFUL with product (You dropped it and functions go away, or it stops working, contact support for a replacement) 2. Look into grabbing 100w charger (has to be a Type C->Type C cable) 3. If you have any Type C ports on the charger (brand new item, no drops, straight out of the package and onto charging) not working, return item and request a new one, or refund, up to you. 4. I will stand behind this product because of the capacity and ability to last nearly a full 3 days charging (two JBL speakers, my work phone and personal phone all at the same time) And if anything, always check and see how much was taken that day and gauge if you need to recharge it. Rule of thumb, if you are heavy charging constantly, recharge at the end of the night. Thank you so much for taking the time to review the issues and compare them with the understanding from my end.
