Works well and the extra capacity makes it better for longer trips compared to my 10,000mah chargers. In a pinch I can even get some juice to my laptop with this. Works perfectly for my phones, tablets, and even for charging things like my flashlights and USB powered devices. The one this is replacing started to bulge after a couple years so I’m hoping this gets more usage before it shows any issues like that. I like the all black design and the led indicators are pleasant- not too bright or overbearing like some power banks. Charges up quickly if you use a higher wattage charger. Usually I will throw this on my 45w or 60w chargers but you can let it charge overnight on a slower charger such as a 15w or 20w. If you can find it on sale it’s a good value.

I bought the charger to take with me on a recent trip. It arrived the day before the trip just like it said it would when I ordered it. It arrived with only 1 of the 4 power indicator lights on, so I would assume it was 25% or less charged. I charged it over night to full. Took it on the 12 hours of travel and flights. It was able to charge my Samsung 25+ from 70% twice and then charge it from 60% to full along with an iPhone that a friend had. All while only indicating it used 25% of its capacity. I used my phone camera slot so it drained my battery quickly. I was able to charge it multiple times a day for the rest of the trip and the return travel and flights with only a few hours of charge time each night. I highly recommend this charger. Its barely larger than my Samsung. It is easily twice the thickness though. I have only had it for about 2 weeks so I cant say how long it will last, but I have never had a problem with any of my previous Ankor products. Hope this helps

The price was right and the unit works but not having any user info for the ports or "trickle mode" charging seems like a missed point. The on-line ad provides more info than what came with the product (none) or their downloadable user guide in 12 languages. It states the USB-C port is only for charging but the unit case indicates In/Out. With USB-C now the industry standard, if only the USB-A ports can be used for charging that is a drawback.

Originally ordered the Anker 335 Power Bank (PowerCore 20k), but the 335 unit is thicker and heavier than this unit. MUCH prefer this 325 Power Bank. Have borrowed this unit for many trips (Disney, AK cruise) and it worked flawlessly. Highly recommend it. Not easy to find on Anker site, but do get this one.
