I had to get a pair of these for work and I didn't expect much but I gotta say, I don't take them off now even at home. It does help with screen time and lighting, especially if you get headaches easily. It comes with a blue light tester and there's a noticeable difference in how it reflects the light. They're comfier than the other brands of glasses I've owned and seem well made. The only complaint I have is there hard to keep clean and clear. They're great for the price and serve their purpose. Super cheap price, but great quality! They came with a blue light and testing strip to check if they worked, and these did! Bought them for kids that get eye strain from videogames, and they haven't complained of headaches since. They like the style as well, and have been wearing them all day!
