First you should know this charger only charges at 7.5w, 2.5w faster then the apple battery pack. However, it wont ever be as fast as just plugging in your device to a wall charger. I have the iPhone 13 pro, and it fits perfectly with a case on however if you don’t have a case on you notice a bit of overhang. This charger can get my phone from 17% to ~95% but it wont charge as fast if you’re using power demanding apps. The stand is also great, personally I don’t use it as much but its always convenient when I need it. Gaming Gaming with this battery pack is great and will slowly charge your phone while playing but playing games such as call of duty with high graphics will just drain the battery form pack rather than your phone. But lighter games such as Clash Royale or crossy road where they don’t demand much graphical performance work just great and won’t stop your phone from charging. I also did notice it gets warm but not so much to where it’s a concern of a fire or burning, almost having one of those hand warms you might see during the winter. Overall I have really enjoyed this product as it can help me get through a day with out having to be tied to a wall. I definitely recommend it and could even see myself getting a second one for traveling where outlets aren’t always available. Not to mention being able to charge other devices such as my AirPods from the usb c port at the bottom.

I purchased this product to help put some life back into my iPhone 12 Pro instead of paying to have a new battery installed and I seem to have made the wrong choice. The product works well as a corded portable charger, which I already have, but fails miserably as a wireless charger. With my MagSafe case I have no issues with other wireless chargers but this product charged my phone 5% in one hour and went down to 2 out of 4 bars. If I’m using my phone and try to wirelessly charge my phone doesn’t gain any juice and eventually gives me the message that it will resume charging once the phone cools down. Anker products are usually winners for me but this one was a major bust. *EDIT* Turns out my initial product was defective. Anker reached out to me and sent me a brand new battery free of charge and it arrived within a few days. The product is now performing exactly how I intended to and I am very pleased with the customer service. Thanks Anker.

But it has some, what I imagine, firmware issues. I've only been using it for a few weeks and even then occasionally, so I can't speak for it's longevity and quality long term, but I've noticed strange behavior, not frequently, but not super infrequently either. There've been a couple of times when I connected it via the magnet (not cord), my phone said "connected, not charging". Other times, when I connect my phone to it, it wouldn't start charging until I press the button on the bottom. Another issue I've seen is when charging the power bank, once fully charged, the lights will blink instead of recognizing it's full and discontinue charging, and even after I unplug it, will continue blinking until, again, I press the button on the bottom. Like I said, these things only happen sometimes, but enough to have me concerned. Otherwise, it works fine most of the time and I quite like it. The magsafe technology is very convenient, and the kickstand is pretty cool. I like that it's a magnetized folding plate instead of a flimsy plastic hinged thing like some other similar products have.

Well, well, well, if it isn't my new sidekick in the battle against phone battery life. This little guy may not have the super strength of Thor's hammer or the lightning speed of The Flash, but it's still pretty darn useful. Let's get the negative stuff out of the way first. It's not exactly the Usain Bolt of charging, if you catch my drift.
