I wanted a cute pair of hiking boots for a camping weekend and found these, I love the design and they were decently comfy. I don't think they were broken in entirely before I wore them out so they felt a little stiff but secure on a rough hiking trail. I didn't slip at all even on wet rocks. I'm usually a size 7 but got 7.5 just to be safe and they still fit very well, some thicker socks would be perfect. ... show more

Boots are super cute, comfortable, and as described but the right boot came without an insole. I’m not sure how that gets missed but I can find one for it, it’s just a little inconvenient.

I bought these Boots the day before we went hiking in Switzerland. Everyone told me you never buy boots and break them in on our trip, but I did! And they were the most comfortable boots I’ve ever had in my entire life! I wore them every single day and never got a single blister or ache or pain. They were so comfortable, warm, and I felt like I was walking on air! Also, it rained a few days and they still look brand new. I bought the light tan ones and there’s not a single mark. Remember, I wore these for seven straight days! There’s not a scuff or mark on them and they are completely waterproof!!!!! I was looking for cold weather ankle boots, waterproof but stylish, to pair with leggings and bootcut jeans. Looked on other sites that had similar but more expensive styles. Saw all the great reviews for this pair, liked the color options. Bought neutral colored boot socks and sized up 1/2 size (I’m usually a 7). Arrived in a nondescript brown box, well packaged in fabric shoe sleeves. Fits great with thick socks. Looks great with leggings and jeans. Doesn’t look cheap. Wore them in snow/icy conditions, feet stayed dry and warm. Only thing is the inside sole lining wore off the first day but the support still seems to be there. Color is nice, neutral beige with brownish/cream plaid ankle cuff. Overall would recommend. ... show more

I waited until I used these boots on my trip to NC to provide an honest review of what is described in the Amazon site. My daughters owns these boots in cream color and recommended them. Pros: I use a woman’s US size 9 for all of my shoes but always go up a half size in sneakers and boots. These boots are only available in whole sizes so I hesitantly purchased a Sz 9. They are not only super cute in the baby blue but the fit was true to size! The boots aren’t heavy, provided great support and laces are strong. We walked in areas that were wet, muddy and slippery, but my boots kept me warm, had great grip to the ground and were so EASY to clean. The orange/reddish mud from the mountain trails didn’t stain them despite being on the boots for hours and dried up. I was sure they’d stain my boots but easily came off using baby wipes when we returned to the car. They are waterproof and kept my feet warm using just one pair of socks with temperature in the 20s. Con: They don’t have arch support so I will be purchasing some good insoles for them. I’d definitely recommend these boots without hesitation. Great quality for the price! ... show more

    • Great EXCEPT really hard to get on!

These really needed a loop to hold the top, back of the boot when you are sliding your heel in. The opening of the boot is too narrow so it’s SUPER hard to get your heel in without a shoe horn- and who uses those anymore!? But once you get them on they’re very stylish and comfortable.
