I bought this bra to wear around the house but it is so comfortable I am wearing it out as well! This is NOT a structured pocketed bra that you would wear when dressing formally but it is wonderful as an every day bra! I've worn pocked mastectomy bras for about 10 years and this is the best comfy one I've found. I am typically between a 34B and a 36A size. I will say that the small size Anita Lotta bra fits well on the outermost hook. This is good because you can tighten it as it stretches out - and it is very stretchy - that is what makes it so comfortable. I initially bought a medium which I can wear on the inner most hooks. It feels a little bit big overall so I ordered the small which I am very happy with. I will use the medium as a sports bra or for gardening etc... Caveat - this bra is only for medium weight memory foam or lightweight prosthesis not heavy, formal ones. I hope this helps someone - it's a nightmare trying to find comfortable, pocketed bras! ... show more

I had another style of bra for my 2 prostheses inserts, but parts of my chest and ribs are still very sensitive, almost a year post surgery. I searched for a longer style with a infinity edge and found this bra. It really made a huge difference! It's now in the laundry and I can really tell the difference when I have to wear my old bra.
