I am about a 35C and ordered a medium. It was a good fit with FOUR different hooks to change length too! Straps are adjustable and are wide in front and comfortable. Bottom elastic was VERY soft, stretchy, comfortable, not too tight. There was just enough support that neither my prosthesis side nor my natural side sagged lower than the other one. Bra came with inserts that would help hide a nipple and provide some padding. I have t yet worn the bra without the pads. I did feel the need to use a safety pin to adequately close the slot for the prosthesis to prevent a slip-out. I am anxious to see how well the bra, and the inserts, hold up to the number of washings they will get because I think this might be that one bra that I grab first as soon as the laundry is done. ... show more

I had a unilateral mastectomy and have had a hard time finding a bra that isn’t uncomfortable. I have tried many, many bras and this is the hands down winner! I’m a 36B and the large fit me perfectly. I don’t like tight bras and this one has the adjustability to make it fit the way I like.
