Beautifully designed and created, top quality materials. Years back, I owned one of the first ever made of this design, from the original designer and manufacturer in Denmark. It was very stiff and heavy. The cover was scratchy and difficult to remove and replace. Today they sell for 4 times the price of this one plus shipping from Denmark. By contrast, this one is plushly soft for comfort but firm enough to hold its shape to prevent the shoulder, neck, lower spine and hip pains. The cover is generously sized and luxurious to the touch, easy to remove and replace, plus there is a free extra one. Usually new bed linens need to be laundered before the first use to remove textile additives used in manufacture, but this went straight into the bed where it expanded into perfect shape. I started to do some fluffing and repositioning of the filling but found it really wasn't needed. I slept so soundly from not having to shift around and accommodate stiffness and pains, reposition pillows. It was like being dropped to the bottom of the ocean, a deep and thoroughly restful sleep. I awoke feeling flexible and energetic. I love that this is not only something that makes a profound difference in my health and pleasure but that it was such a bargain. I love that there is a way to increase or decrease the amount of filling to customize it should it compress or settle over time. When I unpacked it, it decompressed to its full size swiftly, proving to me the resilience of the fiber stuffing, so I am not expecting it to flatten. If it does though, no problem, I can add more. Another good remedy is to put it in the dryer with no heat and let it tumble for a while to air it out and fluff it up if needed. Here's a detail that indicates the thoughtfulness of the design and construction of this pillow: at the zipper stops at each end (there are two zippers, each opening in the opposite direction) there is a small pouch that protects the zipper tabs from being rubbed, from opening, from catching on anything. That little detail is never added by even the top clothing and outfitting companies, so it wouldn't be missed, but they added it. The time it requires to create and add this pouch is not trivial for the manufacturer. I am sure there are many more such details that we don't even see or think of. Update: After a couple of months, I noticed some big changes in my life from using this pillow. But first, to any changes in the pillow itself. None. I have not found the contents to have shifted, flattened or clumped. The pillow is always fluffy and never needs to be plumped, never. The cover did not pill. It is soft and smooth. Inferior materials would have shown deterioration already, but the pillow is still as heavenly as on Day 1. As for me, I have discovered profoundly deep rest. I began dreaming those long, epic, mini-series types of vivid and detailed dreams all night. My body has shed years of aches and stiffness. I have more vitality and suppleness when I get up. I am writing this because recently I traveled and had to go without it for two nights. I had the old stiffness and terrible pains. I crawled out of bed like a cripple. When I finally got back and slept in my heavenly little nest, my body and mind thanked me for it. It doesn't matter what types of exercise, stretching, yoga, massage, hydro spa or anything else I do if then I pack myself away in a crumpled up position for hours at night. The key to my good health is the many hours of rest and recovery I gain from using this great pillow.

My hip tends to dislocate or partially dislocates while I sleep so this pillow keeps my knees, legs, hips supported so I do not sleep with my knee behind the other knee which can cause my hip to dislocate or partially. With this pillow (which I bought the largest one) I have the head section at my feet then cross over the long sides so it is in a shape of a ribbon so whichever side I roll on I have the pillow between my knees and push the back of the pillow behind my knees plus with it being so large I can still hug the pillow and have the other side against my back for support for other conditions I have. The material is very comfortable and well made. It doesn't make me any hotter than I normally would be. In other words due to many health condition sometimes I get extremely hot but this doesn't agitate or makes it worse. So I think for most it would be comfortable and not hot. Also, the pillow also came with an extra pillow case so that was a nice addition. I will never live without this pillow again. Prior I had tons of pillows to support my body now I just have this one pillow so much better. Highly recommended for everyone who needs support due to hip issues ... to put it short and sweet ... if you are sleeping with tons of pillows ... buy this one then all you need to worry about is adjusting one pillow vs many. 5 STARS! Love love love it! I have EDS, fibromyalgia, chiari, syringomyelia, celiac disease, lupus, gout, DDD, levoscoliosis, and more so like I said this pillow is a life saver. Perfect for support with those with chronic health conditions.

I got the package three days after ordering. It came in a fairly large box and the weight was around 7lbs. Opening the box I saw that the pillow is vacuumed sealed. It took a day or so for the pillow to inflate, tossing it in the dryer in 'no heat' setting helped plenty! The zipper is smooth, the cover is easy to remove. It washes and dries well and is easy to slide back onto the pillow. I noticed that the inner pillow shell has an opening to remove or add in fluff to one's desire which is my favorite part of the product! The pillow is a gift for my boyfriend who is 5'7" 160lb, he enjoys sleeping with this pillow upside-down (head of product at the feet) so he can have the entire leg support from the body pillow and still use his original head pillows. My boyfriend has insomnia, while the pillow doesn't help with that (which is fine, wasn't my intention for buying the product) it made his sleep more enjoyable. The pillow took up half of the queen mattress, so I had plenty of room to sleep. Sometimes we would sleep on our sides with the one side of the body pillow between us, so we do not miss out on cuddling. He has not used the pillow in any other direction other that flat on the bed. I hope this review is detailed enough, because I had struggled going through reviews for a body pillow. I strongly suggest this product for the custom fluffing. Perhaps my only critique would be the colors. I wish there were more color and texture options because Grey, Pink, and Yellow are not very appealing, which is why I settled for the purple.

Color is accurate ✅ Super cozy to sleep with 😴 Just not quite as puffy or firm as I hoped it would be. I gotta double up on the longer parts for more hip support. But better than having nothing! Helps if you want light lower back support while sitting in bed too. Zipper doesn’t bother me at all, as there is a little fabric just to help cover that up.
