The necklace and everything was beautiful my only issue are the rings that attach the necklace charm to the chain and the heart to the wing pendant. nothing the seller could do this is a manufacturing issue. This is such a precious item to have such flimsy material holding on to something so important. Luckily we could go to Jo-Ann's or anywhere else that sells jewelry pieces and get reinforcements.
