I am not a fan of the linen scent -- I loved the lavender scent. I see a lot of reviews say the linen scent smells like baby powder. I disagree - it smells more like a porta-john, but I love pretty fragrances in my bathroom. What I DON'T like is the MEGA rolls -- they are too big to fit in my paper holder.     • Great value...comforting smell.
I ordered this, even after reading some awful reviews, because I am pretty much incable of walking after a bout of the coronivirous that started in February, and still am suffering muscle pain as an afteraffect.My youngest son has been helping, but I have become so much more reliant on Amazon than I ever was.And I just couldn't pass this up, for the price and convenience.Well...I'll tell you ...they are double rolls, it is Angel Soft.And it smells wonderful.What have a VERY small.bathroom and a cat litter box is right by the door.Now, I can understand about allergies, sensitivity to smell ,etcetera.But the negative reviews are insane to me, although many were posted at the beginning of the Pandemic, and the price was exorbitant...And that IS unforgivable....but for twenty two dollars?48 double rolls, with scented tubes?A wonderful bargain.At least, what I received was.Stay safe, ...this too shall pass, young people. ... show more

    • Very good toilet paper for the price
I have purchased this Angel Soft Toilet Paper with Fresh Linen Scent, toilet paper many times on Amazon. Some people complain about the rolls being too small and only being a "Regular" roll, but in fact they really are a "Double roll" If you have ever seen a "Regular roll, you would understand ... The regular sized rolls are about half the size as these double rolls. The issue here is that most stores do NOT sell the "Regular sized" rolls because no one likes them. Most of the complainers out there are used to the "MEGA-SIZE" rolls. Yes, the "MEGA" rolls ARE much larger, but they cost considerably more money. I like these "double" rolls because my toilet paper holders WILL NOT Hold the MEGA rolls. The MEGA rolls are to large and squish up against the back of the holder... so they cannot work. As far as the paper itself goes,,,, NO it is NOT nearly as thick and soft as the MAJOR BRANDS like Charmin, quilted Northern and some others. but it works well and besides, unless you are wiping your but 5 or 6 times a day, this works just fine. (I will say that if I am sick and have the RUNS, I will definitely buy a softer toilet paper for that purpose) Why spend the "BIG BUCKS on the Premium brands for every day use. Remember, you are not going to use it more than ONCE! As far as the scent goes, it does have a Linen scent. Usually it is not too heavy a scent. I store my extra rolls in the garage with my other paper goods and when I need some, the scent is not very heavy at all and actually makes my bathroom smell good... but you hardly even notice the scent at all after about a day. All-in-all, this is a very good toilet paper for the price. ... show more

    • AS Usual, good TP - but very smelly
Angel Soft always has good toilet paper. This product was a very good deal, but it comes with one caveat: It smells like someone dumped a bottle of perfume on it. I didn't notice that it was scented because it was reasonably priced, unlike other vendors 48 count case(s) of tp. I put it all away in an airy place that will allow for it to gas off before we need to use it. It's not a bad idea to have air freshener build into tp, except for those with allergies. Warning: If you have allergies and/or are sensitive to strong scents, perfumes, etc., please don't get this tp. ... show more

    • Great scent
It is TP! It does what it is supposed to do and does it well. The scented rolls are great out of the package, but do not last super long, unless we are just getting used to it.

    • Smells and feels like chemicals
Ok who knew that my future would include writing a review for toilet paper and yet here we are. Initially bought with the idea of “oh it also smells nice that’s cute”, I have since been counting down the days until it is all going to be used up. Unlike my naive expectation that it will smell like fresh laundry, it actually just smells - and feels mind you - like very strong chemicals.. which then are trying to smell like fresh laundry. The smell is everywhere. In my bathroom, in my closet where I’m keeping the rest of the rolls.. and when I first got this, it was all over my apartment as well. It obviously still does the intended job but there are certainly other better variations of such products which won’t feel and smell like a chemical plant. Go look for those! PS. If you think you’ll get used to it and grow to love it - think again. We’re half way done with the rolls and upon use I was now yet again reminded how much I hate it. Wife says this is good TP. To me TP just smears it around. My recommendation is get a bidet. Nothing like that stream of water to get it all clean!
