I live in a state that is hot or warm for a good part of the year, so I rarely use bulky comforters to avoid waking up in a sweat. This quilt styled coverlet is exactly what I was hoping for when I placed the order. The thickness and light weight of the coverlet is just so, that I can use it without getting too warm while I sleep. If I do get warm, it can easily be flipped away and because it’s not bulky, it won’t take up much bed area. Upon receiving the coverlet, it was immediately washed and did not take much room in the washer or dryer, I could probably wash two of these at once without a problem. The coverlet held up well after washing and came out soft and ready to use. I really like the feel of the quilt patterns. For me, there is something about the textural feel that is comforting. We ordered this for our spare bedroom. The pictures on the page make these look much thicker and designer than they are. For one, the finish is more flat than textured (as they appear in the pictures). Additionally, these are very thin and provide very little warmth. They do look nice and are usable, but make sure that a thinner comforter is what you are looking for before you order this. ... show more

I got this comforter set in king size, it comes with two shams. It washes really well, cold wash medium dry, came out great, no wrinkles. It's very lightweight but warm and well made. I got it in khaki, it translates a little gray in the pictures. It's a very nice neutral color. In the winter I would put it on with the stripes running side to side but in the summer I often turn our comforters and blankets so that the longest part is at the foot of the bed tucked in and it's shorter on the sides, cuz I tend to kick the covers off. Looks great either way. I'm really happy with this comforter. I may get the blue one for my spare bedroom. I would recommend this lightweight comforter. ... show more
