Once you get the hang of it, this thing is really cool! The bubbles for really easily once you know what you're doing, but as another user mentioned it doesn't seem to like ice too much. With the exception of round ice cubes, those seem to be just fine. The bubbles last quite a while. I was impressed. I really expected to have to slug the drink right away or have the bubble pop, but if left undisturbed it actually lasts a really long time. If you're making upscale drinks at home, or maybe in a private business, this is a must-have. This provides an absolutely decadent effect at a reasonable cost.

The media could not be loaded. This bubble gun smoker by AnchorChef called the “Vapour Blaster Ultra” is pretty cool once you get the hang of it. This is a very deluxe boxed set of items to elevate your drink experience! Includes a large bottle of safe and edible bubble solution and a small round metal tray to hold the bubbles. There is also a set of knit gloves included, USB-C charging cord and a smaller bubble tip adaptor. There are four smoke flavor/scents (aroma oils cartridges) and upon ordering you don’t know which four flavors you will get they are random, but my kit came with green apple, wood, neutral and mixed berry. I believe there are a few other flavors available when re-ordering. What I liked about this product: It is rechargeable, cordless, easy to operate and it can produce both clear bubbles and smoke filled bubbles depending on the setting. I like that I have that choice. I also like the led light which rotates through the color spectrum as the bubbles are being produced. It gives a real party vibe to the experience. What I REALLY like is the fact this model comes with flavor oil cartridges, not the liquid style bottles and these magnetic cartridges can be easily swapped out for a different flavor and re-capped/saved for later use. These aroma cartridges are super simple to snap into place and change to a different one. Also, each aroma oil cartridge is clearly labeled indicating the scent/flavor. I think the gun shape with trigger is VERY easy to handle and has a nice grip and it is sturdy but not heavy. The display is all lit up and easy to see and you can tell when it is fully charged or needs charging based upon the indicator bottom lights. There is a large power button and a toggle button to switch from fan only mode (indicated with a blue fan) for producing only clear bubbles and the second setting shows the smoke and fan indicator and that is the one for producing smoke filled bubbles. If you decide to simply have smoke you can skip the step of dipping the tip into the bubble solution and the gun will emit smoke alone. You can use this smoker gun for adding smoke flavors to foods as well. What I didn’t like: The directions could be better. First thing you should know is a half-filled or almost empty glass will NOT give you a domed bubble and will give broken bubbles no matter how hard you try. It took me several failed attempts to figure this out by myself and I wish it had been in the instructions to save me time and frustration (it does mention to coat the rim with water which I did do). I also only see ingredients listed on the bubble solution bottle, but failed to find any ingredients listed for the aroma oil cartridges. Overall, I’m pretty happy with this bubble smoker gun and I will definitely enjoy having it, especially for parties. I think it is fun and entertaining to use and the experience of the smoke bubble popping as you go to drink is really cool too! I think this would be a big hit for bartenders and as a high end gift idea.

I've seen this sort of thing in upscale bars (at upscale prices). It certainly adds a wow factor your drinks. Read through the instructions and it seemed pretty straightforward. Charged the smoke gun for a couple of hours and assembled it with cartridge and it was ready to go. There's a bubble solution that you pour into a little dish. You dip the tip into the solution and pull the trigger. It helps to hold the gun with the tip down at a 45degree angle over your glass. The first few bubbles popped as it was blowing up. It appears that the bubble doesn't like ice in the drink. It also helps to wet the rim of the glass too. The smoke bubble enhances the nose of the drink. It doesn't appear to impart any flavor notes to the drink. Further experimenting with this tool is needed. It certainly makes a cool looking drink.

This is a very expensive smoker, and for the price of refills you can get a complete kit. Don't get me wrong this would probably work fine is a coctail bar, the smoker is well build and it works. All you have to do is dip the tip in a bubble solution andfill the bubble with smoke (or keep it clear) then set it on the drink, be prepaired to pop a lot of bubbles before you get the hang of it. Once you zip of the drink the bubble will pop and you will breath/smell the smoke.

I recently invested in a handheld smoking gun for my mobile bar business, and it's been a fantastic addition! It's incredibly easy to use. I simply load in the wood chips of my choice, light them with a lighter, and within minutes I'm infusing cocktails and garnishes with smoky goodness.
