Easy to clean; even crusty bits come off easily with a brush once it has been soaked it for a half hour or so; otherwise it doesn't even need to be soaked. Dishwasher safe. I've made several loaves of bread now. They seem to work just fine. They don't seem as smooth a finish. I feel more minor imperfections in the glass or surface when compared to my Pyrex glass dishes. But that doesn't affect the baked goods. I'm glad I bought them.
