Fill this with baby oil and you're good to go, so it's super cheap to operate. Digital display, a built-in pump, most of the accessories you'd need to diagnose anything leak-related. One thing I found is that more air seems to produce less smoke, and vice versa. If it's not making enough smoke, try backing it off a bit. My only complaint about this (and other Ancel smoke machines) is they come with nothing in terms of a carry case or storage...bag...box...whatever. I would have a hard time finding a mechanic that just tosses this in a drawer. I might get a small case from HFT to keep it in. If you think this might live in a "tough environment", make sure you seek out a storage solution for it. I can't really think of any other complaint. Very recommended.
