This is such well made turkey roasting pan, it's all heavy stainless steel, and sturdy. I've had many rotating pan in the past, but this one should last long. I'm very happy with this!

This pan is replacing a roasting pan that’s been in the family as long as I can remember. The new one feels more solid and the wire rack is absolutely heavier duty. It’s a nice generous size and will hold anything I’m likely to cook. Looking forward to turkey season.

    • Affordable larger Roasting Pan
At 16.5" x 12.6", this large roasting pan can hold a good size turkey. Sadly, it is a bit too large for my upright smoker, but I didn't measure the interior of that before purchasing. That was an afterthought. It fits great in my regular oven, which is where I intended to use it anyway. A roasting pan like this has been on the wish list in the back of my mind for a while, but I could never justify the cost for something I wouldn't use frequently. It is similar in dimensions to the Cuisinart name brand, but for a fraction of the cost, so I was finally able to get it. I can use this pan without the rack for casseroles and cakes as well. The bottom of the pan is almost entirely smooth, just one wide divot all the way around. The handles can fold up or down. I folded them down for storage purposes. ... show more

We had been looking for new roasting pan, and when we saw this on Amazon thought it would be a great replacement, being it is stainless steel and dishwasher safe. Needless to say, we're pretty disappointed. What we received are 2 pans, no v-shaped rack. Pretty much useless to use, except maybe as a serving pan. That aside, it's not great, but okay. Not a heavy gauge steel by any means, it's pretty lightweight. If you're looking for a roasting pan for years of use, suggest looking at another brand. ... show more

Really nice roasting pan. It is pretty heavy duty and the rack is amazing. There is plenty of room to cook a large turkey or roast. It is pretty easy to clean too. It has the handles on the ends to make picking it up and putting it in the oven so easy. I love how heavy duty the rack is. The roasting pan is large enough to fit a five lb chicken comfortably. You can fit two if you place side by side. For prime rib it could handle a five rib, rib roast, comfortably and maybe a sixth rib if you have that many people over. The rack is high quality and the pan sufficiently thick/sturdy enough to hold the roast. The handles on the rack are nice so you can lift the meat and carve in another area while pouring out juices/fat to begin your gravy preparation.
