  • Great oven micro combo!
Quick delivery. In perfect condition. Very nice. Easy to clean. Best price by $500. Feel sorry for the brick and mortar stores.

  • Buyer Beware
I have no issues with the service provided by Amazon but I am not at all happy with the quality of the appliance. In February of this year, almost a year after the product was received, I used the oven self-cleaning option and, when it completed, a loud clicking noise began and would not stop until the breaker was turned off. Since it was under warranty, GE sent someone out who replaced the lock mechanism. Upon using the self-cleaning option 3 months later, the same clicking noise occurred. I called GE and explained that this issue was supposed to have been resolved when the unit was still under warranty but they refused to send someone out again unless I paid for the transit charge ($99), plus parts and labor. After being sent to the Customer Relations department, I was told that the transit charge would be removed, then after speaking to the manager, I was told the parts charge would be removed but I still had to pay for labor. I refused because this was supposed to have been fixed in February. Do not buy this unit; I would also never purchase an appliance from GE; this was my first and my last. ... show more

I love it...

  • Poorly design for installation
I bought this product because my previous dual oven is not usable in less than 9 years: Microwave died and Oven rusted through. However, I found this product is poorly designed for installation. The installation manual explains a list of different products, not specific and detailed enough for this product. The bottom unit has no holding places to help lifting the product for installation. It is hard to disconnect and reconnect the wires of Microwave if you want to separate the Microwave unit from the dual unit in order to reduce the weight for the ease of installation. No wonder GE stock went down to around $6. ... show more

  • Fails just after warranty expires
The microwave died on me today. We bought this at the end of 2017, so just over a year in and it failed. I'll never buy a GE appliance again.

  • Oven Racks and Deepness of Microwave
The oven racks are impossible to easily slide and we have had them replaced once. This was a new product Oct 2020. The microwave is so deep, it cannot be cleaned in the back as one's arm is not long enough. I would not buy this product.

  • Don’t buy it
I have had this product for 3 years. It worked until the other day, now getting error message about cooling fan and the oven does not work at all. Appliance repair says it is very difficult to repair as the whole unit has to come out and the control board has to be replaced. Will cost over 1K. He says these units are notoriously complex and unnecessarily coupled which adds to the cost of repairs. He also says they are poor quality made in China which we should avoid in the future. I will keep the unit for the microwave and buy myself a toaster oven. I would warn everyone away from a combo such as this. An expensive and bad idea. GE is not my friend. ... show more
