If I could rate it 0 I would!!! I feel like I wasted my money and my time again! I got the item returned and the same thing happened! The top gets stuck each time and I follow all the instructions and even make sure to cut fruit or vegetables into small pieces to avoid it getting stuck. When I am done and ready to clean it the top does want to come off! I've tried everything and just threw it in the trash! Waste of money and effort!!!!! I have no choice but to throw it away because the amount of money and time I've wasted is ridiculous!

This juicer is great. The 5.2-inch feed chute is a game-changer, allowing us to juice fruits and carrots without cuttimg. Do not buy this particular juicer! We had it for two months, and some of its parts unexpectedly broke. And cannot find replacement parts anywhere, we even looked at the website of the manufacturer. What a pity… other juicer, which we bought in 2014, is still working well, except that its pulp is not as dry as the pulp of this one.

I have used many different types of juicers and the most annoying part was cleaning afterwards. This is easy to clean. Not very noisy and also I can use big chunks of fruits to juice. Easy to assemble and disassemble. I am excited for summer juice cocktails with this juicer. Update: Returned this because it sometimes stopped working and also the residues after the juice extraction were not coming out properly. Was really excited but did not last long.
