I should have paid more attention to previous reviews. The stains come as a powder and there was no information on how to reconstitute them. This would be easy to figure out if the mass (mg) of the product was provided. Regardless, this should be spelled out for customers. Additionally, a link to the MSDS (p65 warning only listed) of both stains should be provided and how to properly dispose of the contents should also be available. This is great for a beginner microphile. I'd highly recommend a kit like this for someone who is just starting out, who doesn't know whether or not they'll stick with it. If you're a professional, you could do better in terms of buying bulk equipment.

Bought for my 9 year old granddaughter as a follow up gift to a microscope and prepared slide kit. She gushed over the ‘fun’ it was to use.

    • Few samples that are good for novice.
Contains most of the tools that you need to make a slide .but the stains are in little amount that you will be only able to make it a couple of times .
