It was a tangled mess, and I was really not happy. Also, when I put it on, it was so wild and dry, poofy and big, that it looked like a Halloween costume wig. I brushed it, straightened it, then added some bangs, and it looked so much better. The wig is fairly soft, has a really strong unpleasant smell. The color is okay. It's black to blonde to auburn. hile the color is true to the online photos, which is a definite plus, that's about where the positives end. Even though the tag was attached, the wig arrived extremely frizzy, making it look anything but new. The hair quality isn't great; it looks thin and sparse, definitely not as full and thick as it appeared in the product pictures. The included wig cap seems okay, but it doesn't make up for the wig's shortcomings. For the price, the overall quality is simply lacking.
