I bought this privacy screen in Oct 2020. I live in a hot, dry area that gets full sun. The green may have faded some, but it’s not noticeable yet. I probably would only see a difference if I held a brand new one up next to it. It’s still doing its job, screening us from the neighbors. I’m buying more to put up in the front, now that I know that it won’t fade and disintegrate in the sun and will stay looking nice. So, i initially bought the 4x50 and it was fine but i wanted a little more privacy. I put mine on a wooden fence not chain link. So i ordered through the same seller but ordered 5X50. I ordered 2 because i wanted to over lap them for complete blackout. I love the outcome, you cannot see through what's so ever! Again, i used 2. I used maybe 2 of the zip ties where there was no fence to put in the hook as in picture, just to keep them together. The small hooks were from Walmart and they worked out just fine. These aren't 100% blocking, but it's enough. My dog can't see through it. My neighbor was on the other side of the fence, and my dog wasn't aware he was there until I said hello. So I just installed this today. I’m very pleased with the privacy I’ve gained with our yard. The material is thick and you can only see through it if you stand directly on it- even then you can’t really see much. We have a chain link fence, easy to zip tie. Bought the thick ties at Lowe’s and they work great with this fencing. Only put up one side, we bought enough for 2 sides of our fence. It looks great, doesn’t look ghetto like I thought it might. Definitely a cheaper option than paying $10k for vinyl or wood. We will see how long it holds up to the winds we get come hurricane season. Will update soon. ... show more

I just removed a privacy screen similar to this which the wind ripped to shreds after four years. Do I think this is any better? No but, I've got a stategy. Last time I used a 50 ft and a 25 foot section (because it was cheaper). This time I'm going with 10 foot lengths (hence more eyelets). I've also backed it up with polyethylene slats (for cyclone fence) to cut down on the wind. ... show more

I purchased a gray 5 x 25 screen. It is very easy to install, the size is just as advertised and it does provide at least 90% privacy. I did purchase stronger cable ties as recommended in a lot of the reviews.

I do agree with some of the others that the included zip ties are not as heavy as they could be, I bought some heavy duty ones.
