I thought this would be a little better quality. The one I got had half the holes drilled on the edge and cut off making them unusable. The seam is high and pointed which I will have to try and pound flat.

Quality is as expected. Ordered these from Amazon because neither of my local big box stores carried them. This is designed as a cut in adapter to be used to transmission from the gutter to the downspout. After cutting the hole, a good gutter caulk and 1/8” pop-rivets secure this to the gutter. I would've been better off using a soup can!This thing isn't worth 2c! It's too small and the flange is too narrow and the screw holes are too tiny to even put a screw in!
