My doctor recommended this product years ago. I have discolored skin on my lower legs and feet and, if used regularly, not only does it moisturize the skin but also decreases the darkness of the skin. The only negative thing I have to say has to do with the container the lotion is in. Pump bottles leave product in the container and we end up having to saw the bottle to reach all the lotion. We have asked the company to put the product in jars instead, but to avail. It will not stop us from buying the product but definitely affects how we feel about the company. That is why I didn't give this 5 stars.

This lotion was recommended to me by my doctor to use on my foot post surgery while it still has pins in my toes. It is antibacterial so I don’t have to worry about it getting on my toes when using it. My foot was so dry and cracked from being wrapped for about 6 months and this cream really helped restore moisture to my foot.

I bought this with hopes it would help bruising that has not gone away for me after 2 months. I did not notice any difference in my post hyperpigmentation bruising. It is a nice feeling cream though. Also, as others have said, it doesn't squeeze out nicely. A lot comes out at one time and that is a waste since you normally wouldn't use much.
