I bought this gorgeous pink suitcase with the intention of using it for my planned C-section hospital stay. My cousin, who was traveling, used it as her luggage so she could bring it to me. After just that single use, the suitcase zipper got damaged and does not work anymore. A suitcase has to be strong enough to handle many trips on a plane. This one only made it through a one-way trip before failing. The zipper got stuck so badly that we could barely even open it, and now it is completely unfit for travel. I also cannot realistically return it because it was brought to me internationally by my cousin while traveling. Sending a large damaged suitcase back internationally would cost more money and is extremely impractical, since it doesn't work. The color and design are beautiful, and I absolutely loved the look of it, but if a suitcase cannot handle basic travel, then it loses its purpose and value entirely.
