Got this for my 4-y.o. to use on vacation. It's adorable and she was thrilled. Her items fit perfectly for a week away from home. While it's nicely lightweight and great for a kid to roll along themselves, I wouldn't advise checking this bag because I worry it wouldn't hold up well to heavy abuse.
