The suitcases themselves appeared great at first glance. After examinations there were multiple tears and usage signs in the inside. It seems cheaply made and I'll be returning in fear of quick breakdown

I took the large upright with me on its first flight. However, when I got my luggage back at my destination, both zippers had disappeared. The teeth were still holding everything together for the most part, allowing me to make it to my hotel, but I had no way to close it again once I opened it. I ended up having to buy a new piece of luggage before continuing on with the rest of my vacation, while leaving this one behind to be disposed. The extended warranty I bought won't cover it because it's under manufacturer warranty, the manufacturer's warranty doesn't cover it because it happened during a flight, and the airline won't cover it because I didn't notice til I reached my hotel. ... show more

As a lover of american touristster products and growing up with them this set disappointed me. This set is very cheaply built. Walmart had a 4 peice A.T. set nearly identical for only 14 more dollars and it was better quality. Fabric was thicker, sewn better, and the handle bars were 5 times sturdier. The walmart set 25 inch was also a spinner, which this set isn't, and came with the rolling duffel. Plus the lining on the inside covered the entire inside and zips shut. This set the liner is a flimsy badly sewn piece of fabric with a few Velcro squares to hold it down. ... show more

I thought it was a good deal for the price point of $99 when I bought the set. Now they are less money. Appeared to be well made. Nice color, dark blue. The problem is on the larger bag, the 25" upright, the extension handle snapped off the second time it was used. So now I have this large bag with no extension handle. The square hollow tubing used has a very thin wall thickness. Very disappointed, I was hoping to get a few years out of this set. I thought with the American Tourister name, it would be a bit better built with an extension handle that would be appropriate for the size bag. I will suggest to look at something else, sturdier, with a more appropriate extension handle. ... show more

These seem like good quality luggage. Only the larger one comes fully lined. I ended up returning this set because the big one was too big for our needs. Bought 2 sets of the 3pc instead. This is how we planned on stacking them for our road trip, just so you can get an idea of sizing. -duffle is empty. ... show more

This is a nice first set for my husband and I. Lots of pockets on the 25" and 21". The duffle bag does not have the extended handle. The tote does hold a lot of accessories/toiletries etc.

I bought this luggage set in January 2019 for a business trip I had planned for overseas in the middle of the month. Six total flight legs, round trip. The zipper on the large suitcase (which was not packed heavily and was not therefore under any zipper strain at all) burst open on the last leg of the trip, so after 29 hours of travel I was greeted by a pile of my clothes spilling out on the luggage-claim conveyor. Bonus, a gift that I had brought home for my wife had fallen out and was nowhere to be found. I've returned these and will be buying something that's actually durable for my next trip. ... show more

Nice set, great price. Only complaint would be that it was warehouse purchase marked as item repackaged and no mention that the suitcase corner was crushed. The soonest a replacement could be sent was 6 days after my daughter left so my husband had to take a mallet to reshape the suitcase so it could stand up. Disappointed that it was shipped out like this and the lack of customer service. I gave the set 5 stars because it’s a great set at this price point! ... show more
