We looked at many tubs and unfortunately chose this one. After a full bathroom remodel, the tub looks great, however we quickly found the center/middle tub ledge pools a lot of water. The water just sits there. We have to use a washcloth or squinge to remove the standing water. We are now working directly with American Standard regarding warranty & resolution. They have been good to work with, however we’re still pending next steps, and reality is we may have to rip & replace the tub. *******And to make matters worse, Amazon’s alleged A-Z Guarantee was useless, they denied our honest request, forcing us to go after the 3rd party and manufacture. We’ve lost confidence buying on Amazon. Thanks Amazon. ... show more
