First time snow shoer…easy to use, and stabile in packed snow and some ice. I am missing one of the locks on one of the poles so it is unusable. Don’t know how to contact them.

I am not an expert but this set seems well made. Everything needed is included. Easy to gets boots in and they stay secured. The poles adjust to varying lengths (10 in adjustment) making it suitable for anyone in the family. If you plan to do some occasional hiking in the snow this is a great set. This is the second time I bought snowshoes. Our family likes skiing, but because me and my husband are over 50 , Now we are taking children to go skiing. We will use snowshoes to walk, so that the whole family is happy.
