The Asics Gel-Excite 8 is the latest version of this super comfortable running shoe. The running shoe impresses with its lightweight mesh material, which provides ideal ventilation and air circulation. The material clings to the foot and provides improved grip and comfort. The responsive and robust Amplifoam midsole ensures a comfortable fit. Combined with the gel cushioning, these properties offer great comfort and endurance readiness. A Guidance Line technology allows the foot a more natural and even running movement as well as more stability.

Love the navy and orange color. Due to the reviews, I purchased my normal size, 8-1/2 but got it in wide. So glad I got the heads up from others because these are extremely narrow, even after ordering a wide. I think in time, I'll stretch them out with wear but the majority of people will need a wide. I love these sneakers just as much as my $130 ASICS. They are really comfortable and I’m very happy with the quality. I subtracted one star because the laces are too short to use the double holes at the top of shoe.

These are a very comfortable walking shoe. I usually take a 7 medium but I ordered a 7 wide cause they looked like they might be a little too narrow from the picture and I’m glad I did because they fit perfectly. They are very light weight and they don’t have as much support as my Hoka’s but they are extremely comfortable and I can wear them for hours on end and they always feel great ... show more
