I have become an enthusiast of this AMZ flavor EVO since I 1st try it maybe 3 years now, so I had put my "Subscribe & Save" automatic delivery for 4 x 2Lts Bottles every 6 month. However, the last 4 I received in March 2023, all of Lot # 221158 were to out of expected flavour balance. This a flavor full herbal olive oil with a caracteristhic and welcome mild bitter note, just as I expect froma well balance EVO. However this lasts ones I received have a so bitter / peppered flavor that's impossible to taste it cold with bread without caught. It is like the olives were pressed to early? This is not only my impression. I have it tasted by several people not saying nothing in advance with invariable result. Bottles have been conserved in total dark space and temperature range under 30 degrees Celsius. I'm writing this review just to let Amazon and supplier of said situation in order for them give flavor back on track so everyone of us can continue enjoying it. Note: still OK to use as an very good EVO for sautening, it seens tha some heat soften the bitternes of cold flavor. ... show more

This bottle of olive oil is great, it tastes great, it comes in a plastic bottle (I am not a fan of glass bottles for most things), and it is one fantastic value for the money! Amazon products have never disappointed me, and here is another one that is a huge value!

I tasted this olive oil before I used it and it has a bitter and spicy profile. What is interesting is that I bought this together with the Amazon Mediterranean EVOO and they have the same taste profile. I thought they would be different. Anyway I would rather used to this for cooking than as a dressing for salad. ... show more

Loved it. The price was good for the size when I purchased it but it seems as through just like everything else the price has gone up. Not sure it is worth it at the higher price and same small size.
