For the price I paid, I am completely satisfied. I use it a lot to grate ginger (very fibrous material) right into the pan as I am cooking. I can power right through an inch of ginger in good time. In order to clean this, you just have to make sure you scrub backwards (opposite way you scrub the ginger to grate it) and it comes clean pretty well. ... show more

This grater is very solid. I love the all stainless steel design . I had two previous graters that had plastic surrounds that ultimately cracked and failed. This seems like it will last a long time. It is really sturdy. Seems like a great product.
