Super easy to use just as the directions say. Drop it into the bottle of water and in a few minutes the whole things dissolves and you're off and running. It did wonderful on our granite counter tops and the glass stove top as well. Cleaned up the grill nicely too. Will definitely buy again.

Pros -------- It's a great price and the pods are easy to use. 2 spray bottles and 12 refills is a lot of product. Those pros Re only actual pros because the cleaner also works, but does have a vaguely commercial smell. I don't mind it. Cons --------- No spray setting on the bottles, only streams. I will likely replace the bottle heads eventually. They also leak a tiny bit if held at off angles. Some people may not like the smell. ... show more

    • It works, it’s better for the environment and it’s cost effective!
I use this all purpose cleaner daily. With 5 kids and multiple pets I go thru it fast but I love that I don’t have to order multiple plastic bottles and the refills are environment friendly. It’s a little strong as far as smell goes but just open a window. I’ll give it 5 stars if you come out with a green version of this cleaner but kudos for ditching a new plastic bottle every time you need more. ... show more

Has a nice scent, does the job, and makes a quart sized bottle for the refill. I split this between two 16 oz bottles and use it primarily in our bathrooms, but can also use in the kitchen. I do not see it on the EPA list for Covid-19, but the ingredients in it are approved. Would buy again if I can't find something off the list. ... show more

It cleans as well as most other basic cleaners but the smell is really strong. I have to make sure a fan is going or a window is open while using it.

Have just started using the all-purpose cleaner & it seems to do the job. I would say not a 'heavy duty' cleaner - more on the mild side - but good for me given the environmental trade off. Would buy again & will try other tablet cleaners (for bathroom, etc.).
