I recieved this pump expecting it to be a bit flimsy and small, it is however pretty heavy and solid. It is in a nice cradle to keep it safe, I have it mounted in a truck bed and it pumps at a very good rate. The hose is on the cheap side, but it is very flexible and easy to maneuver without kinking. I received it quickly, unpacked and assembled easily, but you need to have some common sense to correctly set it up. worked flawlessly. Highly recommend for diesel.

I got this to transfer fuel from one truck to another. The good news is, it picks up fuel very well with a 3 ft. suction hose no problem priming the pump also it pumps close to the 10 gals per min as advertised however keep the engine that you have the battery clips on running. The pump slows down a bit without the alternator putting out 14.1 volts. Now a little bad news, the power wire is about 5 ft long, way to short to work. I extended mine by 20 ft with a piece of 12 gauge extension cord, also the 3/4 inch pressure hose is almost unusable in cold weather, way to stiff. The nozzle does not turn off when the tank your filling gets full, can create a bit of a mess if your not paying attention. I'm going to change to 12 ft of 3/4 push lock hose and an automatic nozzle. But the pump is a good unit and I got done what I needed to do. ... show more

4 times so far❗Very fast,Well I used it today for the first time transfer 55 gallons of diesel into my John Deere combine. Went together pretty smooth, I did reinforce the hose inside barrel with a 3/4x3/4 piece of wood 4 feet long. Because the hose would curl back to the top of fuel barrel,lol, I'll update if it quits working ... show more

I haul fuel oil to my remote cabin. I used the pump to transfer from a 55 gallon drum to my tank. Takes just a few minutes. I did zip tie the suction hose to a piece of aluminum square stock to hold it straight.

These seems like a solid little transfer pump. I’m using it with 3 filters as a fuel polisher for my boat. Transfers fast around 15-20 mins moving a bit less than 100 gallons.

Used this on a home-built diesel tank and it works very well. Pumps fuel very quickly, doesnt leak, and is a convenient size. I spliced the power wires into a 7 pin trailer plug so that it can be easily powered from the truck bed. A welcome addition to my truck.
