  • More Than Amazing, it’s unexpected results!
This is like having a chiropractic, massage, physical therapy, and meditation/stress-relief Treatment Center in my home, and it helps incredibly with getting better sleep. Gave me a new life, and I treat family and friends to relief of all sorts of conditions. It’s preventative-care for everyone to combat the side-effects of stress, anxiety, and common back pain, morning stiffness/tension, mobility and getting the circulatory system operating optimally every day, which flushes out the modern-day toxins and chemicals in our food chain, clothing, soaps, etc., but moreover, it drastically improves chronic conditions of near.y all medical conditions, especially the ones accumulated with Aging because it gets our internal systems working optimally. The return-on-investment is immediately noticed by feeling my best again, but when I calculate the 10,000 hour rated motors, the equivalent treatments of having 8 therapists work my body, and the traction therapy, and spinal decompression, it’s like buying a million-dollar gift card to treatments, but better, because now I own the asset, like owning the therapy business, in my home, on-demand, for me and whomever I want to give treatments to. The results are worth more than double the price, and a natural preventive care solution like this, is indescribable until you experience it. When you get it ordered, watch the “remote tutorial video” to quickly learn how to treat your own body, and then play with it to feel what your body needs every day. The body has tons of needs, and this has all the capabilities to help it relax, relieve, rejuvenate, and repair. It can accommodate the super-sensitive person, all the way up to the pro-athlete, and Ive done exactly that for people. Major “age” related conditions, to simply improving active lifestyles. It’s like a treatment facility that only takes up about 6 feet by 3 feet. ... show more

  • Overall a good massage chair, but not as perfect as you'd hope for the price
Framing: Massage chairs aren't cheap, but this thing cost more than the first four cars I owned, so I'm expecting more than just a nice chair. The overall positives are indeed positive: - It looks and feels like a nice piece of furniture, particularly the faux-leather upholstery. It's high-tech, but no overly so; the only overkill bit is color-adjustable LED glow around the bottom. - It has no trouble accommodating the full leg length of a 6' man, and almost certainly someone much taller than that. Much better than some other chairs I've tried where my knees won't straighten. - It hits almost everything--feet rollers, foot squeezing, calf massage, glutes all the way up to the neck, forearms, and hands. It'll even squeeze your shoulders a bit. Only thing it really misses are thighs and upper arms. - Lots of motion--will go from regular sitting position to fully zero-gravity reclined, adjustable in between. - Lots of programs--you can pick from a wide variety of pre-sets (with quite a bit of variety), or manually adjust to hit a particular spot/area with the specific kind of massage you want. - It is NOT messing around with the strength--this is the big one for me, it's not just going to gently vibrate or have some balls rolling around. The pressure level is extremely adjustable, but if you crank it up to even the midpoint, the air bags will squeeze your hands and arms firmly enough that you probably can't pull them out, and it can squeeze your calves to almost the point of pain. The back rollers can go from gentle rolling up through deep-tissue pressure that's lifting your whole body up, and if you set it to the "vibrate" like mode (really more like rapid hammering with someone's hands), it can go from gentle jiggling up through absolutely hammering on you. This is what I want--if I have a cramp, I want a chair that's going to kneed the heck out of it (while also being able to go down to a gentle, "I want to be soothed to sleep" massage. If you have it on back extension, it'll also grab onto your feet and shoulders with the airbags and really stretch out your spine--I've had my back actually pop (chiropractor-style) a few times. - I set mine up myself, and while it's a lot of work (and VERY heavy lifting--the parts of this thing are incredibly heavy), it's pretty doable. - You can set it to quietly park in a zero-gravity recline when the massage timer is up, which is very nice if you're trying to take a nap (I used this while sick and unable to sleep, and it worked really well--woke up some time later without even realizing the massage had stopped). Nitpicks, which are not major, but for the extravagant price, I was hoping for perfection, which it doesn't quite manage: - The forearm slots are a little too close to the rear of the chair, so you can get poked slightly in the upper arms by the plastic in the sides; it's not awful, but also not super relaxing, avoidable with better design, and it should be better than that. - The manual program is nice, but you can only set individual parts, not a whole program, so there's no way to build your own massage; you either use one of the presets (which admittedly are varied), or aim it at one area with one type of motion. - Starting a pre-programmed massage always goes through the measurement to check your height and neck position, which takes about 90 seconds and usually needs some tweaking anyway; I am not getting shorter or taller, so there should be a way to let it do that once then save it as "user 1" or whatever, like the memory seat in a car. The 3 memory slots aren't all that useful, either, they're more like quick links. - There is a slot to wirelessly charge a phone, which is a nice bonus, but it's too thin to hold any recent iPhone with even the thinnest of cases, so it's functionally useless. There's lots of room, so absolutely no excuse for not making that slot just a few millimeters thicker. - The touchscreen interface isn't awful, and works smoothly, but if you want to tweak it requires jumping around to more redundant-seeming screens with similar controls than is necessary. - The bluetooth speakers (which can also play ambient sound) are actually pretty decent, but they have absolutely zero bass, so while they're fine for crickets or running water background noise, they're not really for music. - The ambient sound doesn't loop smoothly, it stops and restarts after about 10 minutes, which is unnecessary and a bit distracting if you're using it to go to sleep, especially since it doesn't even fade. - The instructions say to use a sacrificial rug underneath, and they're not kidding, but it's really unnecessary--the footrest thing has rubber bumpers that drag on the ground when it extends, which is completely unnecessary. They could have just thrown some rollers on there (or even a smooth piece of plastic) and it wouldn't have that problem. Overall: Very nice chair, I just wish it was a perfect chair for that kind of money. ... show more

  • Love at first massage
I had the opportunity to demo this chair at Costco for two days in a row, a few weeks ago. This massage chair is the best I’ve been in! I did what I must to have this chair and it will be delivered tomorrow! I really fell in love with this chair. Who else can give me a butt massage besides this chair? lol worth EVERY penny and the customer service line is so nice and helpful, wanting the best for you. ... show more
