These run really large. My 20 month old who is in the 60% for weight and 50% for height can't wear these yet (I got the 18 month size). Definitely size down! I wish the bank had an adjustable elastic to help. As for the material, it's a nice fabric. I consider these "nice" clothes and not for play. The color is good as well. ... show more

Got these for my 4 year old son, he is a little below average height and weight, but not by much. Figured that since he'll turn 5 next month, these would fit him. To my surprise, the waist is quite a bit larger than expected. Since these is no drawstring and no belt holes, this presents a problem....my son really can't wear these pants at this point. Since the length works for him, he'll likely outgrow these (lengthwise) before the waist fit him. While I am disappointed in the sizing....because my son is thin, this may not be a problem for all. I just wish there were belt loops that would've allowed us to cinch up the waist. ... show more
