I Love these boots. They are well made, very comfortable and can go with anything. I've wore them several times since I received them. I wish they had more colors as I already own a couple pairs of black and brown boots. I may still order one of the other colors since these are such a great deal. I've paid substantially more for boots that were uncomfortable AND were not as nice once received. I am going to order a pair for my sister and friend for Xmas. These are one of my favorite pairs of boots to wear. They are true to size and come up to your ankles. I absolutely love the heel, it’s not too high or short. Zipper works perfectly. I have not had any issues with these!
