It can be hard to find shoes that fit larger-sized feet, but these seem to work. I needed a pair to go with a dress for a summer event, but didn't want anything too high. I like the height on these heels, they are comfortable to walk in for an evening (I tried them on around the house), and the nude color goes with a lot of outfits. I can see wearing these beyond the initial event. The straps are a little tight, so if you have wider feet, they are a bit snug, but not terrible. I’ve been wanting a pair of thin strapped sandals like this. I like how they’re very minimalist in the nude color. I sized up from usual dress shoe/heel size of 9.5 to a 10 because I was afraid the thin straps would be tight and uncomfortable. That probably wasn’t necessary but they’re fine you may see that there are a couple mm of room in the front and back. I only am rating a 4 because they’re not super comfortable, but I mean with 2 thin straps like that I don’t expect the utmost of comfort. I’d not wear them for a day of walking. However they’re very versatile and can be worn with practically anything. Also great for 95° temps since your feet cannot get hot in them!!! I hope mine don’t fall apart like some reviews say! I’m editing this up to 5 stars, I’ve been wearing them more and they are actually pretty comfy! ... show more

Update: It’s been almost a year and I’m still loving these sandals. They’re so comfy and perfectly subtle yet chic. I ended up buying the tan pair which are great but because they’re a “suede” material I wear them less so they’ll last longer. I even recently changed into them as a bridesmaid when my jimmy choo’s started killing me and felt perfectly fancy enough. I wish they came in red! 10/10 I was assuming these would be a return after reading all of the reviews but decided to try them anyway. I’m pretty blown away. I work in San Francisco and can comfortably get around bart, muni and all of the hills by work. There was no breaking in period, no blisters and they stay on very securely. I’m 5’10” (size 11 shoe) and it’s a good size heal but doesn’t make me feel uncomfortably tall. I’m considering buying in more colors or even just buying a backup black pair for when they inevitably break down. ... show more
