These are nice looking boots. The shafts are made with thin foam (so they’re warm) and they stand up on their own, which I normally love. My only issue is that I have wide calves (19”) and the shaft of the boot is pretty much exactly the width, maybe a 1/4” smaller. They come up to the widest part of the calf at the top and because of the rigid shaft, they don’t slouch well. I wish they were just a tiny bit wider so they could stand freely instead of doing a minor slouch on the ankle. I wear them often and they’re really pretty comfortable. They’re just a teensy bit tight. I wear a 10w and generally order an 11 when wide width is not offered. My calves are 19” around the highest and widest point.

I got compliments on these shoes when I wore them. They started getting uncomfortable after 5 hours of wear so It is not for walking around in New York but for looking cute, and then sitting down. Regardless, I still wear them. I just know what to wear them for now- a fall brunch/dinner. Not for all day. I'm ok with it.

Have worn once so far; comfortable to wear but if you're doing a lot of walking I wouldn't recommend. The material is pretty good though and for the price, I'd say it's worth it. Fits accordingly.

Beware these are listed as wide width but are not; they are wide calf. Beyond this issue, the boots are cheaply made with difficult zippers, poor seams, and a cheap, synthetic shoebox that causes immediate sweating. Due to not being wide width as advertised, the toe box was very tight. The sole was very hard and uncomfortable. I wouldn't be able to stand/walk more than 15 minutes in these.

I’m including lots of photos and measurements for those ladies like me who struggle to find tall boots that fit and flatter their shorter legs or skinny calves. I ordered these in the Grey Faux Suede, and they look just like the listing photos, which to me, is closer to ivory than grey. They are beautiful! I wear 8.5 regular, but often purchase size 9 in dress boots. I ordered the size 9 in these and they fit perfectly with a thin to medium sock. Heavy socks would be too tight, I think. Even though they are 3 inch heels, the width and chunkiness of the heel make them quite stable. There is a decent non-slip rubber on the soles as well. Overall I find them very comfortable for high heeled boots. Now for the shaft…The listing says, “Shaft height measures 14.5 inches from where your heel sits to the top of the shaft.” My pair in size 9 are actually 15 inches high, maybe a tad over. Although I really prefer boots that have a shaft height of around 13” (my legs look longer in a shorter boot), I thought I could still pull these off, especially under long skirts. My legs are approximately 15” from my heel to the bend in my knee. Since these boots are every bit of 15” high, the top of the boot cuts into the back of my leg (under my knee) when I’m seated. It’s bearable for short periods of time, but uncomfortable. This is so unfortunate, since I absolutely love these boots. If they were that half inch shorter as listed, they might not be too uncomfortable. I’m even ok with how they look with a variety of skirts (while standing), even though they are taller than I prefer. I’ve included photos with an above the knee skirt, one that is just below the knee, and one that is mid-calf length, for reference. Also a couple pictures of them next to my favorite black dress boots to show the height difference. The circumference is about 15” at the top of the boot. My calves are only about 13.5” at their widest, so I’m used to boots gapping on me. These are beautiful, quality boots for a great price (around $35 at the time of this review). Hopefully my measurements and photos will help you determine if they will be a good fit for you.
