I needed a plain navy tshirt to go under a flannel but I didn’t really want it right fitting. I’m typically a 3x but because I wanted it loose I decided to order the 4x. The 4x fits great but it’s not the loose fit I wanted and the material is a little clingy (which is why I wanted a looser fit) haven’t decided if I am keeping it or if I will go up 2 sizes, it’s not really the soft cotton feel I was hoping for. I needed to replace some old t-shirts and after reading reviews, though I would give these a try. Some t-shirts are so cheap they are see-through or the stitching is scratchy. I also do not like tight clothing. When you wear size 16, tight clothing tends to give one the appearance of a potato. I sized up 1 size for this reason and to account for any shrinkage. It didn't shrink. I followed the care instructions, washing and drying the shirt and it came out perfect. No fading and minimal wrinkles. These shirts have some stretch and are very comfortable. No scratchy tags or stitching. I love v-neck tops, but you have to watch out because some are cut down to your belly button. Not this shirt. Low enough to be flattering, yet still high enough I don't need a cami under it for modesty. I went back to Amazon to buy more colors. Unfortunately, they have almost no selection in 2X size.
