Pro: I first purchased two in a package of white shirts in a size 4X because I dislike clingy fabrics that do not have enough cotton to breathe properly, especially when I use them for sleeping. I ordered up two sizes in case they shrunk and I could barely keep them on my shoulders. After machine washing and drying them according to the instructions, I could not tell any difference in length or girth from shrinkage that I had expected. This was on me, so I will not return them. For reference, I'm 5' 4" tall, weigh 184 and waist is smaller than bust and hip. 2X is my usual size. I then ordered another two pack, size 3X, in black and white because they didn't have one available in just white.. Happily, they did not shrink either and were only slightly smaller in sleeve length. Fabric quality is soft, colors do not run, and appear to be true to the size chart. The sleeves are long enough to still cover my upper arm fat and are longer on me than the photo indicates on the Amazon site. Since it's still cold at night, I appreciate the lightweight covering and plan to use them as undershirt layering for tops that are see-through from age, and to provide coverage down to my upper thighs when I wear leggings. If you want your top to hug your curves, buy your regular size, and it'll look like the photo. The V-neck is modest, doesn't ride up on my neck like crew neck tops can do, and allows me to wear my regular clothing unbuttoned or with zippers lowered for neck comfort. That's the good part! Con: Unless you have a tight body, want everyone to see all your bumps and bulges as if you aren't wearing any underwear at all then they are not what you want. I'm way past senior age, so I do not consider them flattering to wear alone. They are almost perfect for me as an extra layer of warmth, comfort and modesty. I recently purchased the Amazon Essentials Women’s Plus Size Classic-Fit Short-Sleeve V-Neck T-Shirt, and it’s quickly become a staple in my wardrobe. The fit is comfortable — not too tight, not too loose — and the plus size sizing is accurate, which sometimes surprises me. The V-neck style feels modern and flattering without being too deep or revealing. The fabric is soft right out of the box and after washes it’s held its shape nicely: no warping, no clinging weirdly, and no noticeable shrinkage. In terms of everyday wear, this tee hits the mark. It’s breathable enough for casual outings, errands, or layering under a cardigan, but solid enough to handle being cuffed or tied if I want a slightly more styled look. The stitching is clean, the hems lie flat, and I haven’t seen any of the typical signs of cheap tees — no loose threads, curled edges, or color fading yet. I washed it several times and the color remained vibrant, which I appreciate. If you're looking for a reliable, comfortable basic tee that fits well, feels cozy, and works in lots of settings, this Amazon Essentials t-shirt ticks all the boxes. I was looking for some basic t-shirts that were affordable but still decent in quality, and these definitely fit the bill. The set comes with two shirts at a great price, making them a solid value for anyone needing simple, everyday wear. The fabric is lightweight and breathable, which makes it ideal for warmer weather. While the material is on the thinner side, it's not sheer or flimsy, so you don't have to worry about it being see-through. I opted for the black and green color combination, and both shades look great in person—rich and true to the photos. The fit is comfortable and casual, making them easy to pair with jeans, shorts, or even layer under a jacket. The only drawback I’ve noticed is the placement of the tag. Instead of being at the collar, it's sewn into the seam at the bottom of the shirt, and unfortunately, it’s quite scratchy. Since it's in an unusual spot, it's harder to remove cleanly without damaging the stitching. I would definitely prefer it to be at the neckline where it’s easier to snip off. These tees are terrific! They fit true to size and are a nice weight -- not those tissue-thin t-shirts you often find around this price point. I liked them so much I came back to buy the rest of the colors! I have not washed them all yet, so I will update if there are any issues.

I used this shirt to make a custom tee for myself, and I have to say that I actually do love how it came out. This T-shirt is so soft and stretchy and I ended up getting it in white as well but in a larger size. I’m regularly a size 3X or 4X and I got this black T-shirt in a 4X (despite some mixed reviews), which fits really comfortably. It is true to size and takes vinyl really well. The value for the money is exceptional and since I have had a chance to wash the white one, it is durable in the washing machine and doesn’t shrink in the dryer. ... show more
