Flattering fit, soft smooth material, not see through but still light enough to be worn in Spring and Summer, comfortable. The color is simply stated as yellow, which I hoped it would be. Very nice looking, comfortable fabric. I got a black and a navy blue. This is a truly classic dress, with nice sleeves and neckline. I like it best without using the drawstring. I would have preferred the waist be lower, closer to my natural waist, but by not using the drawstring I may be able to use a belt, or just let it fall straight. The hem is shaped like a shirt tail - I don’t think that is as nice as a straight hem. I’m going to hem the dresses, and with a straight hem they will be awesome dresses with a vintage vibe. ... show more

Cute dress, modest fit (probably for most!) but I didn't think about the fact that it actually buttons up and I should've sized up or considered another style dress. The color was pretty and the fabric was light. For reference I'm 5'5, 135-145 pounds and a 34 DD. The dress fit well if I unbuttoned it 3 buttons and was still fairly modest or I could put another shirt under it, but I'll just return it instead because I like dresses for the ease of wear. I have been looking for a dress for my child's high school graduation and I decided to try this one based on the picture of a more full figure model. I was skeptical as I am a larger women, but it slid right on and was actually very flattering on me. It has some stretch to it and lovely drape. I am going to have to figure out how to keep the bust area from gaping open since I have a large chest, but it's not too bad and I'm sure I'll find a solution. I am 5'8 and weighed around 180lb when I got this dress (I ordered a large) I am now around 200lb (pregnant). It still fits! The tie in the front is cute. The material is breathable and good quality. I love the pockets! My only complaint would be that there is some gapping in the buttons so that could be a problem for larger chested women. I am normally a 34 C and don't think it would gap for my normal cup size however being pregnant has me in larger cup size so more gapping. I think this could be an easy fix though. I do feel like the dress is a little shorter then advertised but being pregnant would affect that as well. It has made a great maternity dress and I plan to use it when I am breast feeding as well. ... show more
