I like sweatpants roomy, so ordered a size bigger (XL instead of L). The XL dark gray are HUGE and short and came with an off-white drawstring instead of a color-matched one. I have donated them, given them away, as they are too big (I had already cut labels out from them so couldn't return them). They are nice and warm and earthy colors (first pair dark gray, second pair dark brown) so I ordered a second pair size Large. I have worn these a few times, have laundered them 3 times now. The second pair is a bit too long. They are soft and warm and comfortable. This pair also still too large (they get baggy and after a few hours I have to pull and tighten the drawstring to keep the fit comfortable). They stretch a bit too much, getting baggy, saggy looking after a few hours' wear. They are very soft and warm though, and I like the color. I will get good use from them. I may be brave enough to order another pair, but if I do, will check them carefully before trying them on, to see how size, length, color, etc. are -- and will return them if they are yet another 'not quite what I ordered' misfit. For the price these are a decent thickness, providing warmth (not nearly as thin as many others out there at a higher cost). ... show more

I ordered "my size" (XL) using the guide as my reference... the pants were at least a size too large. I really like this product - I purchase two, one in the green and another in the navy. They are also lined with a slightly fleecy layer which makes them nice for colder days, but not so thick as to make them bulky. They are comfortable and fit me well on the length too - which is such a great find for me because I always struggle to find pants that aren't too long. FYI I'm 5.1, and usually take a 28 inseam. They are well made, they don't make my bottom look enormous, the fabric and stitching are good and they are a nice affordable price for me. ... show more

Love these. Great for winter, around the house or running errands. Even after washing and drying several times, they haven't shrunk. They run big. I'm typically a size 16 or XL. The XL in these are baggy. The L fits perfectly.
