Ridiculously comfortable pants...I hope the fabric wears well. I'll update the review if I notice any pilling or wear in a short time. I debated on the size - according to the size charts I was between a medium and large. Amazon suggested I choose medium, but based on other reviews and possible shrinking, I ordered the large and I'm pleased with the fit. It definitely looks like a relaxed fit - the medium would have fit but more snugly - but these do not look so large that they are sloppy or shapeless, just a fuller more "straight leg" look. I may order another pair in medium for comparison. I would say they are a medium weight fleecy feeling material that is warm, deliciously soft on the inside, and not see through. The tag says 60 cotton / 40 polyester made in Pakistan, and I got the navy heather color. From the reviews, it sounds like there may be variation in size between colors and maybe just overall trial and error on sizing. I washed in cool and only tumble dried for about 5 minutes, then hung to dry the rest of the way. I was concerned about the length and forgot to measure before washing, but after washing they measure 41" from top of waistband to bottom, and 31" from inseam to bottom. Waistband is stretchy without being constricting. --Update: For those debating between sizes...I ordered a charcoal gray in Medium, which is what Amazon had recommended based on previous purchases. The medium does fit fine - more snug than the large but not too snug. I find the medium looks more "put together" for out of the house errands. Length is shorter at 29". Hard to say if that is because of the size difference, or because I chose a different color. It may be because these were made in Vietnam while the blue was made elsewhere - maybe different locations have different sizing. I wear both sizes, but will go with the smaller (medium) size if they get more colors back in stock and I reorder. Still no pilling, still super cozy.

Purchased these for a friend to keep her warm at dialysis. They are perfect. She has lost a lot of weight and the medium was a little snug but looks good on her. Should have got a large. She would have liked them a little looser. Anyway they a good length and good quality. The color is very pretty. It is a great cut. Great purchase.

I like sweatpants roomy, so ordered a size bigger (XL instead of L). The XL dark gray are HUGE and short and came with an off-white drawstring instead of a color-matched one. I have donated them, given them away, as they are too big (I had already cut labels out from them so couldn't return them). They are nice and warm and earthy colors (first pair dark gray, second pair dark brown) so I ordered a second pair size Large. I have worn these a few times, have laundered them 3 times now. The second pair is a bit too long. They are soft and warm and comfortable. This pair also still too large (they get baggy and after a few hours I have to pull and tighten the drawstring to keep the fit comfortable). They stretch a bit too much, getting baggy, saggy looking after a few hours' wear. They are very soft and warm though, and I like the color. I will get good use from them. I may be brave enough to order another pair, but if I do, will check them carefully before trying them on, to see how size, length, color, etc. are -- and will return them if they are yet another 'not quite what I ordered' misfit. For the price these are a decent thickness, providing warmth (not nearly as thin as many others out there at a higher cost).

I am always cold. I have lupus and fibromyalgia. I wanted to find comfortable warm pants. I don’t like the look of traditional sweat pants. I basically want something like sweatpants that didn’t look as much like them. These fit the bill. They have kept me warm working outside on projects. They are soft and comfortable. Mind you they are what they are. They might not be the most flattering but they are not terrible either like some reviews say. They are a little loose fitting but I am ok with that. Hubby said they just look like regular black pants. Would buy again and will probably buy more soon. For reference I am 5”3 and weigh 250. I got the XXL and could probably do just XL but I am ok with loose. They are not falling down even with stuff in my pockets.

These pants are very comfortable and I love the pockets. However, the length really bothers me. I would love them to be a bit longer. They are not short enough to be cropped pants and not long enough to be regular length. I only wear them to the gym so I can live with them. I purchased a similar pair from another store and they are much better. When I looked, I can see that even the picture on the model confirms my claim.

I am always cold and these sweatpants are what I've been looking for for years. The fleece lining is soft and warm, without being bulky and they are long enough to keep my ankles warm. This is my third pair and I have noticed a significant difference in the length from color to color. The body of the sweatpants seems to be consistent. I will put the light gray in the dryer and hope the length shrinks and hang the dark gray and olive to line dry as their length is close to perfect. I ordered the Amazon Essentials V-Neck Hoodie and it's a perfect match to the olive pants. Makes a nice casual outfit for grocery shopping or to wear to our freezing cold movie theater or Arctic Costco. Very, very pleased to have found these warm, comfortable sweatpants!

I'm usually a size small or medium depending on the manufacturer, so I purchased large as these were meant for lounging around the house and/or sleeping. I also like to buy a bigger size to allow for shrinkage during the wash/dry process. I received the pkg today & was lol @ just how LARGE the size large is!! I can almost fit 2 of me in these!! I had to fold the waist over once just to keep them from dragging on the floor & I'm not a short woman, I'm 5'7". The quality of the material is great as was the price. Definitely purchasing more of these str8 leg sweatpants soon. I will buy medium the next time though and they will still fit loose and comfy. Thanks Amazon Essentials.
