The sleeves aren't too long, and the cuffs could be turned down for someone taller with longer arms. I do iron them to make them look nicer, and they didn't wrinkle while I wore them. I thought they would, but it's pretty nice material. I can't attest to traveling with them since I haven't done that. The craftmanship was excellent, but I didn't care for the fabric as I wanted it more silky feeling. It looks silky, but doesn't drape quite like my other satin blouses. Fabric has no give at all, and you may need a pin at the bust area because the button placement doesn't prevent that gaping there. The Navy with green diamonds is a beautiful color, and the arm length was perfect for me, so it might be short on others with long arms. The tan color was too big on me because I ordered up to my larger size. It's quite boxy so would need to be tucked in to give it some shape and the shoulders were too wide. The tan was a bit darker than my monitor, and just not flattering to my skin tone. I keep wanting that color as it's so popular, but it's not for me apparently. I ordered the egg white. Someone in the reviews said it’s more like an off white. I compared the pic and review and said, maybe it’d be a little in between. Even off white is still white. THIS WAS NOT WHITE!!! It’s as yellow as custard. There is no white in the shirt at all! Not even an off white. Fit was a little big. I would size down. And it was true silky satin.
