The black/white checked shirt is really great…to a point. I was very surprised the fabric pattern is actually woven (the same on both sides) not printed on one side which is so often the case these days. But for less than $10? Unheard of. The other interesting thing is they matched all the checks on the side seams and other areas. Overall, the shirt is very well made and well sewn together. Now to the part you may not like. Another reviewer stated the sleeves were too long and tight in the upper arms. In defense, the description does state the arms will be “skinny”. And such is the case with the shirt I ordered (XL). It fits everywhere else but the upper arms are very snug. Not so tight to prevent wearing but definitely won’t be making any sudden moves or reaching overhead. I won’t return because otherwise the shirt is good and the price point was excellent. If the sleeves become an issue I’ll cut them off and turn it into sleeveless. Love this button down. Nice blue and white stripe. It is lightweight, but not see-through. I’ve seen some bad reviews about the collar but I personally don’t see anything wrong with it - it’s not a big collar but works well with the shirt. I am right under 5’8” and 135 lbs and bought a small. It fits perfectly- I am not flat-chested but if you have huge breast, you might size up. It is 100% cotton and I will wash in cold and hang to dry. If it shrunk too much, I would lose my perfect fit. Great value for the price. I bought two more. ... show more

So pleasantly surprised this is a great quality piece with seams sewed down and perfectly thick cotton with crisp color fabric. It’s cut is a bit unisex to me, a touch tighter on the chest but otherwise perfect gingham button down shirt. Amazing quality for the price.

This is a nice basic shirt for work or school, please note it is cotton material - so it will wrinkle. Even in the package it was slightly wrinkled - so if you want a crisp shirt, you’ll have to use a heavy spray starch. The pink color is true to the photo, and I love a good pink or peach on almost anyone. It is a standard shirt so it’s long enough to tuck in. I bought some light spray starch and it ironed up very well, and was still soft, but did wrinkle a bit through the day. Seems like a decent quality for the price. ... show more
