I have only been using these glasses for a short while but I already feel that there is a difference. My problem was looking at my phone before I go to bed. I’ve always had trouble sleeping but it has gotten worse. I do take an over-the-counter sleep med but it still was not working. I was told that the blue light from my phone may be keeping me awake. So I decided for a small amount of money to try it. So far I really feel there has been a difference- I do look at my phone, But it seems like I’m able to fall asleep now. And stay asleep. So I really feel that it works. I will update if anything changes. But for now i’m happy with the product. They are very lightweight not my particular style if I was going to wear them outside of the house but they are still attractive. I have the clear frame.

I bought these glasses honestly expecting them not to work. I figured if they didnt work atleast they'd still look cute. BUT....!!!! ✳After wearing them for a good week & then forgetting to wear them you can feel how much the screens blue rays really affects your eyes. They fit perfect on my face. I love the square shape of them. The nose arch doesnt hurt your nose after wearing for a while, like most glasses do. Their also lightweight and super comfortable. ✳They came packaged very nicely with a case to put the glasses in, Along with 2 cloths to clean your lenses and a small booklet about them. Highly recommend for a gift as well. I know I'd love getting these as a gift!!

I specifically bought these because I am on my phone or laptop all day everyday during school and needed some relief. I was experiencing daily headaches and irritating eye twitching so after doing some research I saw that using blue light reflecting glasses helps alleviate eye straining and so far so good! No issues! Plus they are super stylish! I went with the cheetah print ones and the picture associated with it isn’t accurate, it’s a lot more modern and subtle print than what is pictured! Love them so far! :)

They are cute and as pictured will try out for a week and come back to review of they help with headaches. I had Lasik a year ago and still gret slight headaches from typing for at least 6 hours a day
