At $34 these jeans are a good value for the cost. Fabric is a decent thickness, the fit is pretty good (slightly tight in the thighs), pockets are on the short side, and the button hole need’s reinforcing, because it’s getting bigger after wearing a few times. Colors are good with me.

These jeans fit better than a glove, I have the slim fit and the measurements are perfect, I can't say enough about how impressed I am with jeans that are not from a brick and mortar shop. Amazon stopped offering the Relaxed fit version of these pants a few years ago. I have a stocky build and took a chance on the Straight-Fit cut, but sadly they are too tight through the thighs and groin to my liking. I'm older and consider these "skinny" jeans and will not be ordering more.

Amazon really needs to get its act together with the descriptions of these jeans. I'm getting on in age, and I prefer a little more room in my jeans. The "athletic-fit" jeans say "Extra room in the hip and thigh", so that's what I got. They were a proper fit in the waist and length, but a tad snugger than I'd prefer in the thighs. I ordered a pair of these Straight-fit jeans and these have the added room that I want. Hardly "baggy", but comfortable. Both cuts of the Amazon jeans that I purchased were a little on the large size in the waist. Once I knew this, I simply ordered one sized down and they're perfect. I think that for the price, they're a good deal. They only have five belt loops rather than seven, and somewhere I heard that this was a sign of "cheap" pants. But I don't see what I'm losing. If nothing else, I can get my belt on faster. They're fairly soft and look good. I find myself buying more and more of the Amazon Essentials clothing and liking it better than the brand name stuff.

These are the least expensive jeans I have purchased in years. They represent an excellent value for the money. I am wearing them right now. I'm very short -- 5'2", with an inseam somewhere around 26 inches. Generally, this means having jeans tailored, or buying them from the fairly small family of online retailers specializing in short sizes. This isn't the end of the world, but can get pricey ... especially for something as utilitarian as jeans. Amazon's 27-inch inseam isn't perfect, but close enough -- and 3 inches closer than most brands unaltered. The jeans seem to be solidly built and true to size. (Straight fit is not at all tight on my fairly muscular thighs). They claim to have some stretch, but I really don't feel it, and it certainly doesn't affect the look or feel of the cloth.
