It can be a tiny bit tight getting it over the head and shoulders, but fits very nicely once on. A little tight in the shoulders when extending arms to grab something, but fits very well in the stomach area - quite roomy actually. I might try a medium next time, but fear it will probably pooch out in the stomach area too much. I will definitely buy again. Love the pockets! ... show more

These are still quality, just little to big of a V in the neck, as well as a bit wide jn the waist. So I’m no medical professional By any stretch of the imagination, and you might find this a little weird, but I’ve always wanted to have a pare of scrubs. Not too long ago the urge to go looking for said pare of scrubs hit and I found myself looking at this particular brand. I read the reviews and I decided to take a gamble on them and buy one pare. Let me just say I’m very happy with what I got. I love the size of the pockets and I love how comfortable they feel when I’m wearing them. I’m not a big guy. I’m about 5’7 and I only weigh about a hundred and thirty pounds. Even though I bought a size small, the scrubs still fit me just a tab big but that’s okay because I like my shirts to have a little room for me to move around comfortably in without having the feeling of being constricted. I never understand fashion and why guy's clothes have less pockets than women's clothes. I'm happy to say that's not the case with Landau. My scrub top has five pockets and is loose-fitting (which I prefer). The quality and durability is superb and after innumerable washes, still has not frayed at all! Highly recommend! ... show more

    • Instead the body is longer and the sleeves are the same length so it actually looks worse. There are no perfect scrubs

This is not about the seller, they did their job. Landau dropped the ball with this one. They made the body of this scrub top a few inches longer and didn't add any length to the sleeves. My main issue with the regular sized medium top is that the sleeves were too short and it makes me look a little silly because my arms are on the longer side. I bought the medium thinking everything would be a little longer and that it would work with my body type to make things look a little more proportional. Instead the body is longer and the sleeves are the same length so it actually looks worse. There are no perfect scrubs, I know that, but I'm surprised about how they designed this one. ... show more

I buy Landau scrub tops all the time. While they make them in factories scattered across the planet, they maintain consistency of size. The gradations from large to XL to XXL are also reliably up to industry standards. The classic cut 5 pocket top is convenient, cool and comfortable.
