I was shopping for a pair of slim, jogger style pants for a vacation coming up, and was looking at some sold at Bearbottom. I really like that brand, and have gotten a few things from them on sale in the past. Their joggers come in at $65, and I just wasn’t quite sure if I was comfortable paying that. I came across these by Amazon Essentials, and they definitely look the part, and now that I’ve received them I can say I’m thoroughly impressed! They fit great, I’m really happy with where they land on my ankles, and as far as waist goes, it’s quite comfy without needing a belt. I am 5’9”, 178lbs, and tend to wear 33” W pants. Amazon said I should buy a Large, but some reviews here mentioned to size down. So I got a Medium and am very glad I did! They’re soft while feeling durable, the fabric is thick enough to not feel like some of the cheaper options out there, and honestly just really happy with these. My only complaint is that the ankle cuffs are a little too loose (see pics), but still not a deal breaker for me. ... show more

I was excited about finding this listed given their fitted, tapered appearance, elastic waist with inner string and decent colors so I ordered 3. I'm about to return them, however. The elastic at the waist is not strong. In fact it doesn't stop the pants from sliding down my body, problematic if you don't have protruding hips. The material itself is not stretchy nor is it comfortable. Probably not a deal breaker on its own, though it's definitely wearable. Out of the plastic it feels kind of soft but once washed it just feels thin and stiff. I certainly won't be "jogging" in these due to the stretch and fit. ... show more

Decent quality for the price. I was worried they would be too much like sweatpants but I was surprised they were slim fitting as advertised. Color was spot on and I ordered a size smaller than usual based on the reviews. I was glad I did as they run big. The material is s average twill which was perfect. Im 5’4-5’5 weighing 160ish who normally wears 30 waist who also has to account for having a bigger butt.. The small size fit perfectly and feels so comfy and stretchy. My only issue is it was a little long but being short I’m used to pants always being a little longer. Overall I love These pants.
