It's a pretty nice shirt. I am happy with it because I purchased it on sale, but I would not be so thrilled if I paid the full price. It looks nice but everything about it is cheap. I am positive it won't last. Thin material. Loosely sewn buttons. As compared to a name brand oxford type shirt I have had for years there are some very obvious quality differences. Saying this I know nothing about clothing but what I am seeing is obvious. Would I buy this again for the "retail" price amazon asks for? No way. Would I buy it on sale again for about half the price? No doubt in my mind that I would buy this again. This is my personal opinion based on nothing but what I am seeing comparing two $25 shirts. The material is wonderful. It’s soft, it has weight, and it’s breathable. Compared to other cheap oxfords I’ve tried on Amazon, Amazon essentials is the top. I like the striped pattern on what I got. The fit is good, the fabric is soft, but it does not wash up well. It looks wrinkly out of the dryer, which a good quality shirt should not do. If you can only wear it casual, it's not worth the money.

I ordered this shirt and am really happy I only bought one of them. It is larger than the size it supposed to be and it’s extremely wide such that it never looks like it fits you at all and you are wearing a big an tall shirt instead of a normal size. The size was marked correctly but the shirt is way to big compared to what it should be. Additionally it looks very cheap and I cant get the wrinkles out of it. The mid chest level is extremely wide and would easily fit someone many times larger than I am. I’m a 39 chest size and this has to be at least a 44 or larger chest size. If you want something to wear to the beach that you never button up and want that extra room to flap around in the breeze then this is the shirt for you. I’m sending it back and not going to try and get the correct size because of all the other places it just doesn’t do well. ... show more
