If you are concerned about the length of the coat being long enough to cover your belly, YES!!! This coat does it! I’m long waisted, 6’ 5”, and weigh 315lbs. I can definitely say this coat is long enough. The sleeve length is perfect as well. I’m currently losing weight, purchased a 3XL TALL, and it’s a perfect fit. However, if I was about 20 pounds heavier (like I was), I think the 4XLT would be a better choice for me. I purchased another one in a different color since I liked it so much. And they both fit the exact same, so there was zero size variation based on colors (l bought Navy and Dark Grey). The dark grey was lighter than I expected, but still great….FYI. And these have been available for years here on Amazon, I had no idea. I wish I had found this coat years ago! All I can say is give it a try. Free return so there’s nothing to lose! You won’t regret it!

I'm a big fan of the Amazon Essentials puffer vests. They have been very handy the past couple winters here in MI. This is basically the same thing, only with insulated sleeves. Decent length and fit for the price. A quality full length front zipper, two good sized inner pockets, two good sized outside slash pockets with zippers, and a storage pouch. I think someone said there wasn't a hanging loop, but mine even has that. Just like the vests, this will be a versatile piece for my winter gear arsenal. :)

My first impression is that the jacket is good quality. Has YKK zippers. There are no loose threads and stitching seems good. Compared to my 16-year-old Patagonia Nano Puff, this jacket is heavier and feels bulkier. I’m 6’2”, 200 pounds with broad shoulders, and the XL fits me well in the shoulders. A large might have been trimmer, but it usually ends up too tight across my shoulders. What I like: Nice fit, good overall build quality YKK zippers Fits correctly in the shoulders What I don’t like: It arrived packed in the stuff sack, without tags, and smelled like lotion or deodorant, which makes me think it was a return. The fit is boxy. There’s some extra room around the waist but fits well. I expect some air will get in around the bottom. My Patagonia feels more finished. It has a polyester liner that this jacket doesn’t, probably necessary with less insulation. Likely too warm for Southern California weather

Good jacket. This jacket is sold as easy to pack and lightweight. It's exactly that. I've been wearing mine out in temperatures in the high 30s and find it to be just adequate. If you're planning a trip some place warm but don't want to be unprepared for temperatures that are chilly but not real cold, that's what this jacket is for. It makes a nice barrier against wind and water. I don't believe that it would make a good stand alone winter coat when temperatures really get cold. I habe washed mine. It held up well in laundry machines. I bought mine a size big because I plan to be able to layer it over a lined hoodie. It arrived plenty large enough to do so.

Lightweight, warm - just what the doctor ordered! I have arms like orangutans and these sleeves reached all the way to my wrists. Excellent all around lightweight jacket for fall or spring hikes. Compresses well for dropping into your backpack. I'm considering getting a back-up! THis jacket is made for traveling or camping or hiking, or just kicking around town. Highly recommended!

Very nice! Keeps you very warm for how lightweight it is. Length and fit are great. It comes with a bag to store it when traveling or while I’m on a plane for easier carry while not wearing it. So far it has held up very well with no quality issues.

The product in this color was not the same size or fit as the previous product in a different color. I had ordered a large in green sometime back and it fit perfectly. The product in purple in the same size, large, was too big for me. My husband agreed to keep it, but I’m disappointed as I can’t order another purple one and expect that this one will fit better.
