These desert boots arrived as expected. I really loved the way they looked. They were thankfully wide enough for my husband's feet. Only problem is that there is barely any padding in the shoes.

The shoes were the right size and everything that was expected arrived. The shoes came pre laced, but I’ve never been able to make sense of this “minimal” laces thing, and they never come out even when you tie them and they come untied too often. Not a dealbreaker though, and they loosen up nicely for an easy slip on and exit. They look great with a pair of jeans and fit my corporate casual look quite well. Nice non-slip soles, it’s a good shoe I’ll be wearing often.

If you're needing a stylish pair of dress shoes but you don't want to spend tons of money, these would be a good option. My husband doesn't dress up much, so we didn't want to spend tons of money on something he rarely wears, so these seemed like a good choice. They do look nice, but they are definitely not real leather. He also said they're not the most comfortable. They're pretty thin and stiff. Maybe when he wears them more, they'll break in and become more comfortable. With that said, I'm happy with them. They're serving the purpose we need them for. They look nice and are an affordable option.

I got to wear these yesterday and I really like them! I ordered a 10.5 and they fit perfectly. The material is synthetic leather but the quality is great. All of the stitching is perfect and the soles are sturdy. I wore them for about 10 hours straight. Overall they are comfortable but I think I will add an insole inside to improve. These boots are a great way to dress up an outfit with little effort. I am super happy that I snagged these!

I keep reading that Amazon is phasing out some of their branded clothing, but I am not sure why. All of the Amazon branded clothes/shoes I have purchased have been great. I mean they may not have a name brand symbol on them, but their quality is just as good. They could easily pass off as being from a "designer" brand because who can actually tell, seriously 🤨. These are great boots for men. I have not had anything like it before, but short boots are a thing & these fit nicely and are attractive. Fairly comfortable and easy to break-in, I expect these boots to last me for years. I do like the styling and the color quite a lot. Recommended.

Honestly, I didn't expect much for boots that are branded as Amazon Essentials. I should have known better, because I don't recall having a bad experience yet with Amazon brands. For the price, these boots can't be beat. They look great and can be used for casual or formal wear. I ordered my normal size 12, and the fit is perfect. The boots are comfortable to wear straight out of the box. Enough money is saved on these boots, that I can afford to upgrade them with Powerstep Pinnacle Plus w/ Metatarsal Support insoles. The boots don't need the insole upgrade for occasional use, as they are still comfortable. However, for daily use, I would upgrade the insole.
