They could almost pass off as shoes you got from some big department store. The look is just a bit off because they come to a dramatic point. The color is fine though and what you would expect from a "dark brown". The feel a bit plasticky and flimsy compared to the materials found in other shoes. This is all coming in at a bargain. For what you pay, this could make a suitable pair of everyday shoes for the office or for some teenager who needs them every so often.

First, these shoes get loose after a couple of times wearing them. Second, the heel is slowly starting to peel away from the sole. They are comfortable shoes, though. Not bad if you need a pair of cheap dress shoes

These are pretty much what I expected when ordering but are a little bit longer and more pointed than other shoes I own. The arrived laced, but not in a way that was usable, so I had to remove the laces and relace them myself. At least I know they were not tried on and returned by another Amazon customer. The shoes have a bit of a plastic smell as they are not made of leather. I ordered the size I normally wear and the fit is fine but I have my doubts about long term comfort.

These those are a bit tight to put on. I must have a shoehorn to get my feet in, but once in, it’s super comfy and fits just right for a size 9. Also I can’t believe how nice they look despite being synthetic leather. I worn them on my commute which is 1 hour train with 15min walk on each side. I didn’t feel sore at all, and I had a fair amount of walking around from meeting room to meeting room, so I would definitely wear them as my regular office shoe from now on. Good job, Amazon. I’m now a fan of your essential branded shoes.

These shoes fit exactly as they should (I wear size 13) but the tip of the shoe is a bit longer than I expected. Quality feels nice and they are comfortable to get around in after breaking them in a little. If you are looking for an every day dress shoe that looks good and feels comfortable, then these will work nicely. Recommend!

Had high expectations for these, and despite the price point, I thought they would be built better. First, these are not advertised as leather and they are more plastic than anything else. The light weight has me believe the soles aren't constructed well either. I'm guessing they are mostly glued together and from my experience, separation is inevitable. The upper is synthetic, but overly thin and not very soft. As a result, creases will turn into breaks or tears to the heavily used areas of the uppers. Overall, the design is sharp, but in person, these just don't look very good. They are not passable as leather dress shoes, and will likely be great for a few big events or photo shoots. I wouldn't rely on these being daily shoes for work or office events.

Putting these shoes next to your old ones will quickly show that these are a bit much in the elongated pointy ends department. Sure, they look great. But I wear size 13s. Which means these bad boys are extended to, like, 16s. The professional click-clack of the heels are rewarding. The laces are good quality. The shoes themselves can never tell the lower price to a wandering eye, and rather looks like something you would get from a suit store that offers custom tailorship. Unfortunately, not my style with the too-long tip. I feel, unfortunately, like a professional-businessman-lawer-clown with these on. Could go to court and fight for justice with a rainbow wig and a squeaky nose to go with it. Would recommend it for those who need smaller sizes, the points should be comfortable for you.

My saddle colored dress shoes are starting to look a little worn. Unfortunately, the brand I used to buy is no longer available. I ordered these from Amazon. It is my first Amazon Essential clothing purchase. I wear a size 8 to 8.5. Usually an 8 with dress shoes. I ordered an 8, and it fits fine. They are comfortable. They don't have a comfort soul like many other shoe brands have but these are budget brand.
